Pictures talk for itself. Hotel is not clean, understaffed and if it is fully occupied, expect to wait for a table at the breakfast. Heating is loud and not working in several rooms. Good location, if you are attending the fair.

I like the hotel, I even love the steam and the 24 hrs snacks and coffee for the guests. The service was amazing. Rooms are spacious and neat. My only concern is the lobby rugs, which needs better cleaning. All in all I give it 7.5/10

Where should I start? As my colleagues and I arrived, some of the rooms were simply not clean enough. The same goes for the restaurant: in three days one learns a habit of double-checking the plates and cuttlery - it was a common thing you would find some food rests and stains. As well as free hanging electricity cables and dirty walls in the dining area. We were also lucky enough to experience a fire alarm at 7 am. In just three nights that has happened twice. I cannot speak for the first time, but the reason for that the second time was simply the kitchen at the restaurant. How unprofessional should you be to make people wake up at 7 am on Saturday, simply because your chef has not paid attention to the stove?! On top of that, the service seemed to be quite ignorant. If you consider having a drink or two at the bar downstairs on Friday night, be prepared to wait for more than 10 mins to get bottled!!! beer and coke, which you will have to collect yourself, because why not, dear guest? On the positive side, the beds are really comfortable, the water pressure and temperature in the shower is just as it should be, and you get 5 free drinks in your mini-bar (those are not refilled every day, they are 5 for the whole duration of your stay). "Would you recommend this place to a friend?" Unlikely.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever !!! Don't know where they got the 4 Stars from, I would not give it a 1 Star Rating. Checked in on Saturday 4th of November with a group of us and we were met with issues ranging from the rooms given still being occupied to them all not being the correct type of room even though we had booked 5 months in advance . There was no Wifi available , rooms were very very small and it was more like a Hostel than a Hotel. On duty Manager did not get off his backside to help us and left the young front desk guy to deal with all our issues. We finally found another Hotel that could accommodate us and we checked out immediately and while we were getting out of our rooms other guests tried to open the door ...Huge Security Risk !!! The hotel Bar which opened at 6pm was met with " This is our first Day and we are closing as we cannot use the credit card machine " Rude staff there also . Emailed the Hotel to complain and received no response . AVOID !!!

The room was very comfortable and the staff was nice although I checked in late at night but the service desk was 24h open The only thing that bothered me was the room service who kept showing up in my room to clean although I was working and attending some really important meetings. They show up in my room 4 times between 10:00 and 12:30 which I found unnecessary and lack of communication between the service desk and the staff to know exactly who checked out of his room and who hasn't.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
