        Very good for the pricing in the area (80-100USD). Hatchobori station just across the road and only one station to Tokyo station. Walkable to Ginza also. The room was very clean and well equipped for such a small space. The bath and sauna is excellent. Getting a free ice cream after a hot bath was awesome. Highly recommend!

        Room is getting a bit aged, compared to other Dormy chain. Could do with refurbishment. Location was great , just outside metro station exit. Cross the bridge. Good if you wanna access area nearby the river towards Big sight area. Room has big window which is not frosted… a plus for an old room.

        Stayed at the Hatchobori location second week of November 2023. Room and amenities were all modern and clean. Room: Booked a double room and it was spacious in comparison to other business hotels I stayed at in Tokyo. Bedroom was spacious enough for me to open a luggage on the floor. Service and Amenities: We did not opt in for the cleaning service, but fresh towels, trash bags were left at our door each day. I did not make use of the on-site onsen as it was a shorter stay but i did note that the front desk staff offered guests wraps for tattoos. Each day there were free offerings: Probiotic drinks in the morning Popsicles/ice cream throughout the afternoon and evening Shoyu Ramen at night for a few hours. Location: Hatchobori is a bit of a quieter community so not many options for dining or restaurants in comparison to some other areas. That being said, the hotel was located a few hundred meters from an entrance/exit to the JR station. While it was a bit of a walk to the actual gates, this was nice as you could walk underground sheltered from rain and cold. Overall: Great value and my future go-to for stays in Japan.

        Myth: Free WiFi in the rooms There is a condition. If your room is on the higher levels, then the WiFi will not connect. Unless you are using a computer, then it will connect poorly. I thought it was my problem at first or a password error, but the WiFi worked fine on 2F. Same domain name and password. When I went to 11F, it did not allow me to connect on my phone. I went to 7F on my second stay here and was able to connect to WiFi but poorly. When I go to 4F to test my hypothesis, it can connect haha Myth: No tattoos allowed in the sauna This sign is everywhere, but people don’t follow it because they don’t reinforce it. Then why even put the sign? Can put something more useful or important. Or they can actually enforce that rule if they believe it to be so important since they put it everywhere! Upon checking in, although rooms are non-smoking, the hallways reek of cigarette smoke when you approach your room. Room: Needs extra attention to cleanliness. It is a little small, but most room in Japan are small unless ryokan Cleanliness though is what makes this one star. I find huge dust bunnies and mold in the room. This is disgusting. Do they assume I won’t use the shower because there is a public bath? I used the shower today and the drain was not only clogged but there was mold on the ground as well. The sauna clothes provided have a tag that is hung around them saying enjoy the smell of freshly cleaned clothes. If it is freshly cleaned, then it should not reek of sweat. It smells terrible. Did they not use detergent to wash? Breakfast: It is alright. Just try once or to have for the convenience is okay.. Sushi for 1800 yen, then please go somewhere else better. There is more delicious food to be explored in surrounding areas. Elevator: they have two elevators, but only one elevator goes to 1F. You have to wait awhile for it. This was a hassle because if physical challenges or elderly, it is difficult for them to take the steep stairs to go from 2F to 1F. Amenities: Nice ramen after 9:30pm Ice cream during the night and yogurt drink in the morning after your sauna. Located very close to the lobby 2F. Service: counter members are nice. Minimal interactions with them.

        You may be wondering why I'm rating this hotel 5 stars when for each category I've only given 4 stars. Here's the deal - it's one of the few onsen hotels in the area, and it's reasonably priced. I'm an onsen lover; if you're not, consider this place actually 3 stars. For me, this is my favorite hotel in Tokyo.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
