Probably one of the best, if not the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan, it is very close to sunshine city shopping centre and Ikebukuro station. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Free laundry machines, free icecream, ramen & probiotic drinks, excellent onsens, and really comfortable beds, if you need an additional pillow you can ask reception for one and it is free of charge to use. The room wear is available in larger sizes too if it doesn't fit well.

Really good hotel at ikebukero. It may be a little far but it has excellent facilities. Near a family mart and 7 eleven. It is also has a perfect bath facilities to which i loved! Rooms are well designed with separation between your bed room vs toilets! Free ramen, ice cream, probiotics drinks are also available!

About 10 mins walk from Ikebukuro JR station but lots of shops and restaurant along the walk. 5 mins from Sunshine City that has good variety of shops. The hotel itself is up to the usual Dormy Inn standard. Clean rooms, particularly enjoyed the late night free ramen, the ice lolly after onsen and free coffee at the lobby. Would definitely book again if I decide to stay in Ikebukuro again.

I absolutely love the dormy inn, keep in mind I have never been to another dormy inn, but I will definitely look out for them in my future travels, it was very hygienic. The room that we booked was a little bit small, but nothing to complain about they have a stunning onsen, with a sauna a cold dip, and a medicinal bath and a little bit of a outdoor bath, they give you pajamas, and they’re very comfortable and clean. They serve, homemade Ramen at the hotel every night from 930 to midnight it’s very delicious Ramen. Our location was close to almost everything especially the station. I definitely recommend for travellers as they speak English.

Great place and excellent value for money. Very kind staff which is always ready to help and provide anything you need. Great location with a close metro and train station which is interconnected to most of the metro lines in Tokyo. Three minutes walking distance from the Sunshine Shopping Centre. Amazing surprise with the Natural Hot Spring at the hotel, which is open almost all the time. A very clean hotel with many little extras included in the price. The best hotel we have been to during our stay in Japan.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
