They have free ice cream! And serve ramen noodles every evening in the restaurant. The rooms are big enough and have a walking shower, queen size bed and pretty quiet! It is a block away from the kyoto station and you can catch the trains and metro from there. The onsen is on the 9 floor and it is gemder separated....

This hotel is busy, busy! Luggage is stored in plain sight in the lobby; daily over 50+ bags during our stay. Great location next to Kyoto Station and an easy commute to the city's attractions. Also right beneath the Kyoto Tower. The nude onsen experience wasn't for me. Children are allowed in the onsen, so a bit disappointed on that front. Our first tatami experience! Ramen and beverage options are quite good.

Thank you very much to Dormy Inn Premium Kyoto Ekimae! On top of the spacious room, amazing breakfast, much needed onsen experience and tons of extras (like surprise free ice cream popsicles after a hot public bath, ramen service at night, huge manga library and the probiotic drink during the morning hours), what stood out to us was our unforgettable experience that exemplifies how honest the Japanese people are. After checking in on our first day, my spouse left his wallet at the front desk. We had both our passports in the wallet together with his credit card and cash. A few minutes after we settled in our room, the front desk called our room and was trying to explain that we left our wallet. When we both were unable to understand what they were saying, the front door staff came and knocked at our room and handed over the wallet - with all its contents intact. Wow, it gave us a deeper respect of Japan and its people. We can't even imagine what could have happened if we were staying at a different country. Instead of having our whole vacation ruined, we have never been more excited to plan our return visit to this most wonderful country. ありがとうございました。

Lovely service by dormy inn premium. We were surprised by the service offered by Dormy inn to have our luggage sent into our rooms when it was ready when we left our luggage to return our rental car.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
