I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how impeccably clean and well-maintained everything was. The service was top-notch and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a short vacation. And let's talk about the pool - it was the perfect addition to my stay and all at a very reasonable price. I've stayed here few times and the hotel always felt a bit odd. The building has a very narrow entrance but just next to it an ample open air valet carpark. The two lifts in the lobby off to the side of the reception are separate one in a corner behind the other. The floors where the rooms are literally like a maze, the main corridor winding left and right with the rooms branching off two by two on their own little corridor, which is great for privacy as you know there won't be people walking pass constantly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The furnishings had an expensive feel to them and the bed was so comfy that I never wanted to leave. Plus, the view of KL from my room was absolutely stunning - especially at night. If you're looking for a cozy and awesome place to stay, this is definitely it!

I don’t know if these guys pay for 5/5 reviews but I had a terrible experience. 1. Whole hotel is super old and dated 2. Windowless rooms 3. Broken switches, do no disturb buttons are broken, wall sockets broken… 4. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything. Okay can’t blame the other guests for the noise but their own staff talks loudly in the corridors every single morning Some positives 1. Hot water had good pressure 2. Bed quite comfy 3. Check in time seems earlier than others

I got charged 3 times on my credit card for a 1 night stay! So frustrating. Is this hotel a scam? I was shocked that the room came without windows, which was a real bummer because it was not the cheapest hotel around. There was no clear indication in the booking that there was no window, as we felt very constrained in a dark room and didn’t know it was raining before we went to swim. Maybe the hotel can edit the room title to indicate Superior Room (No Windows) so customers are better informed. Breakfast is quite lacking and 8 out of 10 cups at the coffee area had a stain on it including the plates. The floor is also dirty at breakfast and there was no immediate clean up. TV had very old movies from 30 years ago via Cinemax only. The only good thing about the hotel is the friendly staff and nice kids room. The cigar smell that some guests mention is true, changed to second room to find that it is a consistent feature in the hotel. Hope the hotel improves because I am definitely not coming back.

This hotel is great. Although during my stay I just have one complaint. I wasn’t given a king size bed as I booked. Instead they gave me two single beds joined together, this is not good as a line forms in between the beds as we role and turn. The breakfast spread was decent. Parking is at a Rm3 flat rate. Overall was really good. I’d return. Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
