No privacy or cleanliness issues like in some of the other reviews. Requests for water, towels and tissues could be fulfilled faster as they sometimes required multiple calls. The rooftop gym by the pool, while minimal, is nice and open and lets in lots of natural light. All-in-all a very pleasant and value-for-money stay!

The place itself is really good. I stay there because I need to go to Asiana Hall for and event. The only downside is the free parking is limited. The guard there really friendly. I book using agoda under Raintree. I believe we can just walk to nearby places because it quite jam there.

Good thing is walking distance to Pavilion, but parking lot and privacy in the master bedroom toilet is a big concern. You can see from the video and photo that not all the windows tinted, and opposite building can see you clearly in the bathroom. Hope this can be fixed soon.

I can’t complain about not having clean apartment- when we arrived it was spot on and clean and also really lovely and modern. But once we came back in the evening, cockroaches started coming out from kitchen bit and it was a lot of them on the floor, so if you Don’t fancy to meet these pets with your feet book different hotel 😵‍💫 as we had them all 3 days we stayed in even we killed a lot of them during our stay. Apart From that all was spot on- clean - New - easy to access with our arrival. 2 stars down for to many cockroaches only.

Located at city center of KL and convenient to multiple malls, walking distance to Pavilion KL, Lot 10, Starhill, Fahrenheit, Sungai Wang, Time Square, Low Yat and more. Their security guard are friendly and know their role and responsibility well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
