        Stayed in Dos Reis for a night before heading to Porto and I loved it! The location was conveniently close to the metro and a short walk to restaurants and the arc. Rita at the front desk helped me with check in and recommendations, she was awesome! The hotel is super pretty and clean. I highly suggest booking a stay here!

        Regarding the rooms: * The TV is an old smart TV model (2016?). They had trouble with TVs not connecting to the WiFi, and the Chromecast they used was, therefore, useless. We informed the hotel about this problem, and each day they gave us different responses... at the end nothing has been done to fix it during our 5-night stay. * There is no chair, even though there is a desk in the room. You can’t sit anywhere but on the bed. * The bed itself is not very comfy and doesn’t offer adequate support. One of us had back pains during the stay. * The pillows are uncomfortable. * There are no plugs in the toilet for the dryer (??) * There are no hangers in the shower. * There is no closet; you only have a hanger, which is not practical when you stay for more than 2 days. * The rooms look nice indeed and are equipped with some nice buttons near the bed. * The shower is very nice. Shampoo, hand, and body wash are from L’Occitane, but one must like vervain. * There is a free minibar in the room with two cokes, a fruit juice, and a bottle of water. This minibar is refilled daily. There is also a coffee machine (coffee, tea, decaf). * WiFi is often slow. We mostly used a mobile connection during our stay. * It was clean overall. * During our first night, we were hearing noises from the neighboring room. But it seems that it was only the first night. * Many windows were poorly designed and unfunctional. * You hear the lift’s dings every single time. It was extremely annoying. * "Beautiful" view of the abandoned houses in front of the hotel… Service: * As we have already completed the online check-in, the check-in lasted 3 minutes at most when we arrived. Many points were omitted. * Breakfast is free for everyone, so don’t pay it when you make your reservation. However, we have never tried it as we experienced food poisoning from a dinner in their restaurant (see further point). Furthermore, they seem not to tell this to everyone, maybe on purpose. * Room cleaning was done every day if you ask for it with the cleaning button you click in the entry hallway. However, sometimes, we do not get everything refilled and have to ask for it, but it happens. It should be noted that they often only fold the towels and do not change them for clean ones (especially the floor one, hope it’s not the case for the others). * When you do the online check-in, they give you a 20% reduction voucher at their "Italian" restaurant Anarchia. We decided to try it out on the second day of our stay. We had food poisoning afterwards, and we went through a rough night. When we told the hotel staff about it, the manager felt attacked and started immediately denying that the food poisoning was from their restaurant, even though we didn’t try to prove anything, just letting them know about something that should not happen at a 4* hotel. They even insisted on using good quality products while they served us rock-solid bruschettas, microwaved chicken, and low-quality old store-bought ice cream. Very disappointing… They also leave the door of the restaurant open, and when we asked for it to be closed because it was freezing in the restaurant, they said that they won’t because people would think that the restaurant is closed (really?) * On our last day, they called us at around 12:10 to ask us to leave at 12:30 max. We weren’t informed of the limit time of check-out during the check-in (thanks to the express 3 min check-in), and kindly asked that we were already planning on leaving at 1 pm as our flight is at 3 pm. They still refused and even sent housekeeping to stress us out to leave: wow, what a service! * Communication with the staff is mainly done through WhatsApp. Location: * The hotel itself is located in an unpleasant neighborhood. We almost felt unsafe. * However, if you are mainly taking cabs, everything is within a 10-15min drive. * It seems that the hotel is above a metro line. When the metro passes, you feel the vibration waves throughout the building. I recommend going to other hotels that value their clients and that have a better location.

        Great location. 7 min uber from the airport, 5 min uber into the center. Amazing clean room with beautiful balcony w a great view. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved my time at Dos Reis and will definitely be going again!

        Very nice hotel, original and modern decoration! Warm welcome by Jack when we arrived. Clean rooms with everything you need in it. Also quiet and comfy! Breakfast from 7h30 until 10h.

        Nothing but perfect! The room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location with the Metro feet away and a Tram #28 stop just up the street. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was a great deal.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
