I stayed here for 4 months and it was the worst experience for lodging. The housekeeper here has stolen a multitude of things from guests. She stole my wallet, airpods, sunglasses, and perfume. On the fourth floor, she also stole: prada, perfume, others’ airpods, money, food, clothing… The kitchen often was flooded so guests could not use it. We were often falsely accused of “not cleaning up” after ourselves for the kitchen and were threatened with extra charges to all guests if the kitchen wasn’t clean. I never used the kitchen yet I was met with this accusation. The management did nothing to help with the stolen items, and did not help with the flooded kitchen and random accusations leveraged by staff. The hotel room itself is subpar — the bed is lumpy, my tv didn’t work all the time, and the hot water is infrequent. I do NOT recommend spending money to stay here. 0/10.

Quite possibly the most expensive and horrible hotel I've ever stayed in. 1. Incredibly hard to find, there is no proper signage and you just find it down a back alley. 2. Our AC didn't work over the two nights we stayed here, the staff didn't seem to care. 3. Our blinds were broken, again, staff didn't care to rectify it. 4. Access to anything in this hotel requires a staff member to fix... 5. The washing/drying machines they say are open 24/7 they're not, the staff again. Refused to elaborate or help when someone had forgotten to get their wet, smelly clothes out of the machines. 6. Final thing, no HOT water, at any time in the hotel. Again, the staff don't care. Don't stay here. Only redeeming feature is location and the Gym.

Good location, very friendly staff, very clean, modern, nice working areas, nice terrace, a large shared kitchen. Quiet. Small bed. Me and my girlfriend are slim, yet the bed was not wide enough, very annoying. Ugly view from our room. In the last night we were woken at 4 am by a loud false fire alarm. We had to evacuate the room. The system was buggy and we could return after a few minutes, still a bad experience. No apology, no refund, no nothing from the hotel. I also find the price high.

I had a wonderful stay at dotCampus in Rome, a hotel nestled in the suburban tranquility yet conveniently connected to the city. With buses 85, 87, and MA15 right at your doorstep, reaching the heart of Rome takes only about 15 minutes, making exploration a breeze. If you're arriving at Ciampino Airport (CIA), the €6.90 bus ticket to Rome Termini is a smart choice, followed by the MA15 to the hotel. Finding the hotel could be a little tricky as Google Maps might lead you astray, but a quick turnaround reveals its entrance. Once inside, the cleanliness is immediately noticeable, and the gym facilities are impressive. The receptionist's warmth and assistance add to the pleasant experience. The spacious and tidy rooms provided a comfortable retreat, though note that breakfast isn't included. The complimentary WiFi ensures you stay connected. Remember, the entrance is locked, but a simple click of the intercom grants you access. The hotel's availability during term time holidays like June, July, August, and September, making it an excellent option for seasonal travel. Overall, dotCampus offers a clean, spacious haven with friendly service, making it a great base for exploring Rome.

My staying here was amazing. I stayed for 6 months and the services are really good. The staff is really friendly and they’re always trying to improve. I would recommend this for students!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
