My stay here was very enjoyable and relaxed. From check in to check out, the customer service of the clerks were extremely friendly and professional, they always greet me when I enter and leave the hotel. Also, front desk clerk Taniwaki helped me with sending my luggage to my next hotel and was very patient and kind. 5 star customer service for sure! The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but all the amenities were provided and the cleanliness was good. Room service will not clean your room unless you ask them to if you are staying for a few days. The wifi is specific to your room, so while it was fast and reliable in the hotel room, it wasn’t usable in the lobby. There were two things that, while I was completely fine with, may be issues for other people. First, the location is at least 15 minute walk from the nearest subway station. So while it was quiet and relaxing at the hotel, there is a substantial walk to go anywhere. However, the proximity of the family mart and a local bakery makes up for it. Second, they have a smoking patio that opens up right to the dining area of the lobby. If you enjoy getting takeout food and eating it in the dining area, the smell of cigarette smoke can be over powering. Other than these two points, everything else was amazing for the price. Shout out again to the friendly customer service, and I would stay here again on my next trip back to Osaka.

Very small but clean and functional rooms. The room specific wifi is also very fast and stable, a huge plus if you need it. Very friendly staff and all signs are available in English among other languages. There's also a family mart just a few steps outside.

The hotel is clean, location is great, and the staff is nice. But the double bedroom I booked was very narrow and had literally zero storage: no closet, no drawers, no shelves. The only thing that resembled storage were a few hooks and four hangers. And it's not like there's a lot of floor real estate in order to arrange your suitcase for storage either. I would really recommend the staff to invest in some shelving to at least exploit the vertical space.
