One of the WORST hotels I’ve stayed at! Hotel is NOT as luxurious as the pictures show it to be. Once you enter into the elevator it has a stench of unpleasant cigarette smell. The smell doesn’t stop there. When I entered my room, I smelled mold. Unfortunately upon my findings I asked the front desk to upgrade me to a different room. To my surprise they said all rooms are booked for the night. No apologies or nothing. BOOK ELSEWHERE !

Renovation is causing a few problems, but service is top notch. Counter staff and restaurant staff are friendly and professional. Mehmet in the restaurant/bar is an old-fashioned gentleman with a kind smile and courtly manners who whips up a delicious Rum Punch and serves dinner with the genuine hope that it will be enjoyed.

A quick trip to Austin and this Double Tree by HILTON was a great stay! The staff was perfectly cordial from checking in to service at their cafe. My room was clean and bed was super comfy. The outside garden area was beautiful, and inside lounge equally so. They have a workstation with computer and printer available if you need it. The gym area was well equipped for a quick workout with treadmills, bikes and weights. Starbucks offered at this location which is an added bonus for morning coffee. You also might want to try their Chicken Tortilla Soup which is so yummy. And last but not least, the Double Tree Signature Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie received at check in was SO DELICIOUS! With a daughter as a baker, I’ve tasted great cookies and this is among them. And it appears I’m not the only one who thinks this as I discovered they offer a tin of these for purchase. Will definitely visit again.

Disgusting is the least I could describe my stay in this hotel room🤢🤢🤢. HAIR EVERYWHERE on the PILLOWS , bathroom FLOOR , and even the SINK! The beds were in such a SORRY STATE that I ended up sleeping on my own towel. And the curtains? Stained, dirty and smelly with the rug covered in who-knows-what. Dust seemed to be the theme , as it was everywhere. Don't even get me started on the bathroom. No face tissue! As for privacy, forget it, Curtains if it is not closed properly anyone passing by could see inside. The noise level was unbearable; I could hear every movement of the cleaning staff and every conversation outside as if they were in the room with me. Honestly, I was just counting the minutes until I could check out and put this whole experience behind me.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated. However, upon arrival, rooms were not ready yet at check in time due to maids being behind because of hotel being fully booked the previous night. Beds were hard as a rock and no one slept. (Not just our complaint, others in the lobby were complaining about that as well). The bathtub plug didn't work so I was unable to bathe my special needs child who is unable to use the shower. The elevators are extremely small, making it hard for a wheelchair or cane user to ride in if anyone else in in it. Unfortunately, while the staff is great and the building is beautiful, we won't be visiting here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
