This was my first visit to Cape Town. I stayed at the property for 5 nights and ate breakfast daily at the restaurant. I stayed in the King Suite and loved it! I didn't want to leave. I utilized the shuttle service a handful of times to visit the waterfront area. All of the staff I interacted with was a pleasurable experience. I really enjoyed not only Cape Town but my stay at this property.

I'm going to start with the food " amazing and delicious" their services are amazing and the rooms are perfect they have very comfortable beds. The area is very peaceful if you went there on business it's the perfect place I'll recommend it.

The hotel has no rooms with two double beds, only two twin beds, so impossible for small families unless you like sleeping on a twin bed. The gym is the size of a closet, so if you want to perform sit-ups, you are doing literally behind someone on the treadmill - plus no wipes for the few items found. Hotel had no bath soap in shower, and I was told it was on back order. Took 3 days for laundry service. After being there 8 days and having breakfast both me and my daughter I was told that she was not on the list for breakfast and that I needed to speak to reception.

I was in CPT visiting my in-laws, stayed at the hotel for five nights and loved it. Room 516 was an upgraded loft room and had some amazing views and sunsets. Service at the front desk was courteous, friendly, and hospitable. Room was very comfortable, duplex level, great shower water pressure, and enough room for a kid to have a rollaway. Excellent location for my travels. All pictures are from the room!

Beautiful hotel and entrance. The room is really small. Unfortunately our Aircon was not working well and and kept going off in the night. It's was to hot to sleep without aircon and every hour it was going off. We had no sleep. And when we told reseption the guy said ok we appolise for that. It's really expensive for getting no rest!! It's been 5 days after you said someone will contact us. Still no contact has been made??
