        Recently stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was great, housekeeping was great and the rest of the staff were welcoming. My only complaint was the mattress. Not only was the mattress hard as a rock the mattress on one side had a huge indention to the point of almost rolling off the bed when laying on that side. My body hurt so bad the next day and even more after the second night. Hopefully they will replace those mattresses soon.

        The hotel and the staff were all lovely. DO NOT GO TO THE HOTEL RESTAURANT!!! The Hothouse staff is a brood of vipers! see my review of the restauran: Families not welcome! DISCRIMINATES AGAINST CHILDREN!! we were staying at the Hilton DoubleTree upstairs for 4 nights. We sat in a corner and asked for a high chair. we told them that we wanted to feed our son baby food. First a very aggressive gentlemen came and told us we were not allowed and we had to leave. I asked where w could feed our baby while we stayed in the hotel. He brought the manager and she said she would put us in a closed room in the back (after she removed some carts and other Junk stored back there) They obviously just did not want a baby in the hotel restaurant. We were welcomed at every other restaurant we went to in Chicago... and we cannot even feed our baby in our own hotel? Edit: This happened in the evening. To be fair, the morning staff were very nice. One gentleman in the evening was also very kind.

        Stayed on the high floors for the Hilton Grand Vacation Club. The Club at this location is just updated hotel rooms. Owners privileges are just discounts at the amenities already present. The top floor has roof noise every eight minutes from some electrical motor cycling. We did report the noise but did not expect much could be done with a roof motor issue. The location is very good. The views are amazing if you get the right room. The room was clean but odd design that wasted space for the bedroom closet.

        My recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is not only convenient but easily accessible, surrounded by various branded shops and large shopping stores. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The availability of a plethora of Indian and Pakistani food options in close proximity made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in a bustling area.

        The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable which is why we chose to stay there. However the staff was very unhelpful and had so much attitude. We reserved two queen beds a month before our trip and when we got to the hotel they told us the room isn’t available. They had over booked, and 4 of us had to stay in a room with a king sized bed and a small twin bed. When we asked the front desk worker for compensation since we didn't get the room we booked, he told us that wasn't possible and was very rude throughout the whole encounter. Upon calling the hotel back two days after checking out, I was told that some people WERE given compensation for not getting the room they booked when they first checked into the hotel. Why weren't we compensated right then and there when we first checked in too. We kept calling after our trip but no compensation was given to us. Overall, very disappointed with disorganization of this hotel and unprofessionalism of some of the workers. Next time, I'll be staying at another hotel when I'm in Chicago.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
