        Unfortunately, this wasn't the best Hilton property I've stayed at. For reference, I used the digital key option, which allows you to pick your own room. I stayed in 432 (which my review is mainly about the room itself). Pros: The manager & desk staff were friendly & very helpful. My key didn't work to unlock the pool & fitness room, so I had to have them open it for me anytime I wanted to go in. Pool & hot tub were in good shape. The pool was heated, which was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The room had a microwave, a mini fridge, a safe, a large TV, a coffee maker, a desk, a couch, & an ironing board/iron. Cons: I had little to no amenities in the bathroom (i.e. the conditioner hadn't been filled, there were no makeup remover wipes, no washcloths, & only 1 half used up roll of toilet paper). There was toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived, & there was no paper tag across the seat stating that it had been disinfected like you'd typically see in a "cleaned & ready" room. The shower curtain was stained with what looked like old dried up blood. The ironing board was broken. Furniture, carpet, & wallpaper were very old & outdated, which wasn't a huge issue, but it did look like someone was chewing on the furniture in my room, ha! The website stated there were white noise machines in the rooms--there were not! That was a huge disappointment due to the fact I could hear neighbors snoring at night. There is also no fan in the bathroom; I had to shower with the door open, but even that didn't help much with dispersing the steam. Lastly, the thermostat in my room was broken. It was either roast to death or be chilly (literally ranged anywhere from 63F to 85F, it was wild). It honestly looked like housekeeping did the absolute bare minimum prepping my room. It was disappointing, to say the least, seeing as the room was $74 (+taxes) a night.

        After reading all the reviews I was very skeptical and afraid. Before arriving I tried calling the hotel to confirm reservations called over 10x no anwser. Made me even more worried. Upon arrival was greeted by a super friendly receptionist . Checked in within 5 minutes . Got to the room it was very clean and nice we had no issues with service or loud neighbor. I think it depends on the floor you are on and how many people are on it. We had a quiet floor only compliant was the shower pressure was 0. Overall I would give 4 out of 5 and would stay again

        The second night was the worst service ever! Employee working at the desk very rude told me that they don't supply towels for the pool and we are to use the 3 towels in the room! I'm sorry I take a shower and they were wet! Then he proceeded to ask me if I was even a guest at the hotel when 30 minutes before I charged a few items to my room and he had no problem charging that to my room but if you ask him for a towel you are questioned! He is the worst customer service provider I've ever met!

        When we checked in, the hotel room key did not work. There was only 1 attendant at the front desk. A second one appeared but it was not speedy. Anyway, I had to go from the fifth floor all back down to the lobby. We had a bunch of luggage. The room had to be swapped out. The problem was rectified and I appreciate that, but it was still a rather disappointing check in. Amenities were great. It is spacious. A lot of smokers were around the one entrance, so I didn’t like they. They should ban the smoking so close to the building. There weren’t many disability spots as well, so it was hard to find parking. And there were some suspicious characters hanging around the pool, and the smell of marijuana filled the air. I’m not a narc, but I don’t want that smell in a hotel, like come on.

        We attended this hotel for a conference. Check in was extremely slow and when we finally got our room I went up to the room while my husband was getting the luggage and the door was open and the bed was on the head and the TV was on and it was not ready. We went back down to the desk and they apparently sent us to the incorrect room. The second room was ready for us in the room was okay but we had no service at all the entire 2 days so we were there. No one cleaned our room. No clean towels. As a conference I paid for my banquet dinner that came from a hotel and I requested a vegan option which turned out to be a very tasteless flat piece of cold pizza with sauce on it and not much else. Still trying to get my money back. Also their audio system in the room was not working very well during the conference. I will only go back if I have nowhere else to stay and have to be in the area.
