Amazing staff!! Sean and Mohammad at the front desk were so helpful with check in and check out!! And if we had any questions. Prasad was also so very helpful taking care of my bags and keeping safe!! An amazing and restful stay! Will be back!! Excellent staff!!

The service at this hotel is very iffy. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and check in desk was iffy in the sense that service was great during check in, rest of the days it seemed like it took a 180 turn. Our rooms were only cleaned once, the other two nights we went out to site see and it seemed like they completely forgot all together; when we came back, we had to call reception ourselves to ask for additional towels and other amenities to be replenished which isn't great when you're sharing the room with other family members. The hotel does make up for the fact with a great breakfast and shuttle to the mall and beach, but not even that could make up the fact that we began to regret our decision after day 2.

I recently stayed at the double tree Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet offered each morning. Overall, I highly recommend the Double Tree Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location." Best service and very friendly staff. They are always on time when bringing the car or cleaning the room. The breakfast has wide variety and extremely clean. Very delicious. The complimentary cookie was an amazing treat when we arrived. Thank you so much for making our stay exquisite.

Room was great, nice amenities too, specially the gym! Very good breakfast, worth noting the croissants and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Furthermore, the staff is very attentive, and always willing to help. Location is not the greatest, but is not too far, however, only two shuttles available through the day, at 10 am and 2 pm.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
