Great location on the beach and an easy walk to the metro station on the red line. Restaurants and shopping everywhere. It's easy to walk to everything. When we arrived we were upgraded to the biggest hotel suite I've ever seen. We couldn't have been more surprised! The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were always many options. The service was amazing! The beach was gorgeous and they give you large and fluffy towels for the lounge chairs. We'd love to stay again!

My family loved staying here for 5 nights, the staff is excellent, our Gold status got us a nice room upgrade. The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning, the staff offered a small gift for my daughter and wrote us a hand written card on check out day. Location is great, just coming back at night traffic is a pain, just for one light to turn we waited almost 30 min daily. But that’s my only complaint. Would love to come again!

I was here at Gastro kitchen ! I loved it here! What Amazing place for everyone ! If you have kids they will love it too as there is so much space to play , you have a great pool to relax and amazing view of the wheel and the vibe is so perfect , I loved the live music , the artist was so talented , the food is killer , you are going to enjoy your brunch , just book it and don’t double guess!! 😀

Disappointed for one reason only. The Hot water in the showers in every room only run for about 10 minutes, after that, the water gets cold. And you have to wait for about another hour for water to get heated/hot again. Not enough hot water to fill the tubs either or to accommodate a family of 3 or 4. I was told because each bathroom only holds a 25-50 Liter, electric water heater. I had planned to stay in this hotel for a month, however I had to change hotels within 5 days to due to hot water shortage. If you take quick 5-10 minute showers and are okay with taking cold showers, then this is the place for you. Aside from hot water shortage, the location is great, right in front of the beach, and it is really nice. Pick your poison. Good luck 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
