We stayed at this hotel from January 4 to January 11, in general, we liked everything. The staff is always ready to help, everyone deserves a good assessment. The rooms are clean, cleaned qualitatively, every day. The food is usually varied, but for us it was sometimes too sharp or unfamiliar. Separately, we want to thank the staff of the Stacy reception for her efficiency, professionalism and sincere desire to be useful to the guests of the hotel. It's good that it's in this hotel, it helped us a lot!

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree hotel, and the experience was exceptional, primarily due to the staff’s outstanding service. The front desk was efficient and welcoming, setting a positive tone from the outset. However, what truly stood out was the meticulous attention to cleanliness and detail, especially by Milan, a member of the cleaning staff. His dedication to maintaining high standards greatly enhanced the comfort of my stay. I commend the entire team for their professionalism and would recommend this hotel for both its facilities and its superb service team

Just back from Dubai. I was sleeping in this hotel for 7 nights. I loved it. Very clean , very good service , very gentle people and stunning view from the swimming pool on top of the hotel over the city of Dubai. Breakfast as well as diner were very good. I will come back if I go to Dubai again.

Only 20-30 minutes from the airport. Check-in was nice and quick. Concierge staff friendly and helpful and arranged taxi. Good size rooms and clean. Housekeeping staff are friendly and attentive. Good location for visiting old Dubai. We had informed the hotel prior to booking half-board of our specific dietary requirements which initially caused some problems at dinner. However, once we discussed the matter with Assumtha Bernadina (Duty Manager) and Sarthak Kocher (Executive Chef) these issues were resolved. Both sincerely cared and made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional with great choice whatever your diet! Thank you to all the staff at Double Tree

Amazing experience of stay. Great room, great room service, great breakfast. Just have a hard time to check in when first arrived due to a misunderstanding between my company that booked the hotel and the reception. But solved and I had a wonderful stay. Everyone is nice and helpful. Wish be back super soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
