This hotel is amazing and the service is on point. I stayed for a week-end, the hotel is well situated : 10-15 min from Central Station with the ferry. The rooms are super comfy and well decorated. The cookie they give you when you arrive is just delicious and it is a super nice attention. Special mention to the staff who helped me to find and send back the rings I forgot when I left the room. (Thank you Bente, Marcello and Sam) I recommend this hotel 100%!!!

Great views from room. Restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store within walking distance. Short walk to free ferry to travel to other side of city. Neat rooms, slightly on small side, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, overall good value.

Rooms on the small side, but they’re designed efficiently and I can’t fault them. Friendly staff, a cool area with a lot to do in itself, and very accessible to the Centraal station by boat that runs frequently. To be close to some of the attractions, and easy access to the centre of the city, it’s a well-priced gem of a hotel. Would very happily stay here next time. In terms of DoubleTree Hotels in general as well, this would rank as one of the better examples of them.

I was very impressed with the hotel. We had a corner room on the 7th floor with a really marvellous view over Amsterdam. The room was small but absolutely sufficient for 2 people. With a lovely view from the warm rain shower or from the bedroom. The large windows made it a little cooler, but the air conditioning and fan heater (not needed) did not have a negative effect. Small drawback, there is no Netflix etc. on the TV. The staff were very nice and helpful with any requests. The breakfast buffet was well balanced and had something for everyone. The free ferry took you to the city in no time. Would definitely recommend it to others.
