The rooms were very clean. And the property was overall quiet on a Sunday afternoon. I did however notice, the process for changing linens, the responsibility of housekeeping, is a bit disorderly. Dirty towels and laundry by every door on the floor p is an eyesore in opinion, and operations should revise that. I gave one star for Service because I was not greeted from the door to my room and back to the door. The location strategically excellent

I came to the hotel for a holiday weekend in the city. Very nice staff, clean rooms, priced reasonably. Shout out to the following: Monique in the dining room, Edward the chef, & Joe the server are so attentive! And Lynda & Danielle at the front desk were great! Superb service provided!

I would have given this hotel a 3 or more star, but on my last day there I returned to my room only to find all of my personal belongings were missing. I went down to the front desk to report this incident. There was another guest there also reporting that someone has stolen her jewelry. After about an hour, a police office was called. She took our report. The supervisor was nice she tried calling all the housekeeping staff to see who cleaned my room and removed my things from the room. My suitcase was finally located in an office behind the bar/kitchen area. My laptop was missing. My clothes were thrown in my suitcase. My personal toiletries that were on the counter in the bathroom were missing. Please be aware! I can't understand how anyone would assume that "a guest would checkout and leave all their things in a room" Even if they did, it doesn't make it okay to STEAL!!!!

I recently had a brief stay at the DoubleTree Hilton, and unfortunately, it was far from the experience I expected from this hotel chain. First and foremost, upon entering my room, I discovered that they had provided me with a double bed instead of the queen size I had requested. It was a minor inconvenience, but it set the tone for the rest of my stay. The problems continued with the electronic key, which consistently failed to work. After seeking assistance from the hotel staff, security was called to verify my claim. The security guard confirmed the issue but explained that they couldn't replace the battery that night due to the late hour. To add to the list of disappointments, the bathroom amenities were lacking. There was no body soap provided, and the toilet was visibly dirty. Additionally, the sink had a stubborn dirty mark that defied my attempts to clean it. The room's lighting situation was another letdown. A missing light bulb made the room excessively dark, and one of the lamps inexplicably had a red bulb. The hair dryer was also nowhere to be found in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was not properly secure. I'm grateful that my stay was only for a few hours, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this particular DoubleTree..

My husband and I have always enjoyed staying at this lovely, well-maintained, convenient location. Service, accommodations, and convenience was top-notch every time. However this last trip in Oct 2023 with 2 sisters ended that streak as soon as we entered our room when we saw BED BUGS crawling on the bed!! We took pics for the kind receptionist and immediately checked out of the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
