The people who work here are very nice for the most part. However, this is definitely the worst Double Tree at which I’ve stayed. First room I was given smelled like weed. The second room smelled musty and had curtains with tears in it “patched” with masking tape. In the morning the sun shined right through the tape. Don’t get me started on the A/C that not only doesn’t blow cold air, but is louder than seventeen white noise machines playing in unison. It’s obviously an older property with a rushed “renovation”. As I mentioned before, the people who work here are nice. Additionally, the location is decent if you have a vehicle or plan to ride-share downtown. However, that doesn’t make up for the terrible paint, caulking, and various smells for your enjoyment at this property. At this price point you should spend your money elsewhere. Seriously. The Holiday Inn Express is better.

The room was nice and spacious, no microwaves but other than that, it was nice. HOWEVER, I've been previously and didn't have to pay for parking, wasn't charged almost $100 more for incidentals (which is ridiculous by the way), and we didn't have to pay $18 per person for breakfast either. I've stayed at better hotels, where I don't have to spend an arm and a leg to stay there. I expect all of that from a much nicer hotel, but the DoubleTree? No. The staff were really friendly and great don't get me wrong, but we ended up leaving early because our stay just sucked overall. I've never paid for parking at any other hotel I've stayed at, just had to let them know I parked there, never had to pay for breakfast, as it was all free, and was only charged about $20 more or so to ensure the room wasn't screwed up when we left, and typically got that back after checking out. But, I'll never stay at this hotel again.

Had to move rooms the first night because the a/c was noisy and the hot water was lukewarm warm at best. They did accommodate me immediately and I appreciate that. The last night I was there, someone let their stupid dog bark in the room next to me for an hour. Not a problem except it was one in the morning. Again, when I called the front desk, they took care of the problem. I usually stay at IHG locations. I wanted to give Hilton a chance, but first impressions weren’t good.

Review based on a three night stay. My first time here. Price was reasonable. Breakfast not included. No problems for me really. Older property but has been updated. I see others complained about noisy HVAC. This was true in my room too but I went in the fall where AC and heat was not needed much. I could see it being annoying if it was on all the time. Room was clean. Walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear my neighbors and they were not being particularly loud. Location is a bit odd as it is right next to a residential neighborhood. Not really any retail spaces you could walk to. Parking spaces on the east side of the building are a little tight.

Booked a deluxe room with a king at a specified rate. Received a double at same rate. The double was cheaper. First room I walked in on a lady using the restroom. Neither of us were happy. I typically pick a room facing the atrium (quieter) but got freeway side. They asked how things were going I texted them. They never called or responded. I don't believe they cared! I will not be staying there again. Too many choices for the dollar point!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
