A very nice 4 star hotel right on the Cairns Esplanade across from the waterfront. Nice balcony with water views. I stayed on 31st December and had front row seat to the NYE fireworks. Shower is very nice with a huge shower head. Walking distance to loads of great restaurants along the Esplanade. Small but well equipped gym.

Our overall experience was good, and we had a comfortable stay at the Hilton in Cairns. Good quality breakfast included which was a bonus. However the rooms were kind of old and you could see in the robes that walls are peeling and was a bit disappointing to see the quality of rooms wasn't really great, when you say Hilton you expect a better quality. The view was great as you see in the photos. The restaurant and bar were good too. The location is right next to the water which is great. Staff were very professional but could be more friendly and welcoming. The pool in the hotel was very clean and quiet, You can chill there for hours if it's not too windy. So definitely a great place to be. Thanks for having us.

I really liked the big terrace outside, it's stretches out both ways and there is plenty of spaces to sit down and chill! The place is big, a bit like a maze with all the corridors. The pub is just downstairs and you get some discounts with your room key. The computers in the reception works super fast - if you need to do some stuff online, use those computers! The locks work funny. You have to try a bit before the door really opens.

I highly recommend the Hotel The services of the Hotel was exceptional! I left my sun-glasses in the room after checking out, so I went to the Hotel and asked them for some help and they took care of it smoothly and friendly. Unfortunately I couldn't find my sun-glasses, I felt very safe. If you looking for high service, just go for it✨

Good hotel, one of the more affordable ones in the area. Spacious rooms but quite dated. AC stopped working in the middle of the night and the staff blamed the storm, but not sure why that would be the case. Stayed Dec 2023 for USD220+ per night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
