The hotel is super nice, unfortunately they are lacking English speaking staff. I couldn't even order drinks, dinner for room service 😞 I stayed for 10days in this hotel, unfortunately only has Chinese restaurant, a buffet that serves mostly Chinese food, So, for 10days, that's the only option I had with non speaking English staff, I don't think I would only come back if the stays for is longer than a week...

I have visited this hotel for a week during the Canton fair. The rooms are very big and clean, they have everything you need. Swimming pool is a bit small for swimmers. Breakfast is huge with a very large verity of food, both local and international. The room had a weird smell which took a while to get used to. The air condition in the room didn't really work according to the thermostat, it could freeze the room or just cool the air a bit. A shuttle to the canton fair is available few times a day, it will take around 45 minutes to get there. There's literally nothing to do around the hotel, no shopping areas or restaurants and its pretty far from the city centre. It was that far that taxis didn't want to take us there during the night as they knew that they will have to go back empty to the city centre. Its good for business, less for couples or families. The biggest plus is the staff which was very helpful and welcoming! With these few downsides, I would consider coming back to Double Tree however, I would prefer a better location next time.

Nice place. Location not central. Hilton hotels always deserve more than 5 stars. Workers very polite and friendly. Services very good. Restaurant have delicious foods. Spa massage saloons very good. Highly recommended from me. I will assure you. You will not regret to stay here Hilton hotel. Many thanks for Hilton hotel workers and management.

Review long overdue here, but when this hotel was newly built in the new Science City (广州科学城) region, it was the nicest hotel I've been in. When I was a Hilton Hhonors Diamond member, a VP of Operations personally greeted me and thanked me for visting (while I was wearing a college hat, backpack, t-shirt and shorts). The rooms were top notch, great dining, and very luxurious. Definitely considering to stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
