Got to Istanbul tonight from the mountains…. We were welcomed by gorgeous aesthetics, friendly reception and Emily was simply amazing…. Her service at the restaurant was exceptional … so friendly, professional & just knows her customers…. We wanted some chilly to tantalize our taste buds & she brought just that… without even asking… will be back just for Emily’s smile & exceptional service and delicious food too👌🏼🫶

During our stay we had a lovely late dinner in the ground floor restaurant, largely due to wonderful service from Zeynep and Emily. Both absolutely lovely women who were professional, friendly and very attentive. They overall gave us an enhanced impression and memory of the hotel. Thank you ladies.

My son and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were greeted with a cookie when we checked in. We got a good room on the fourth floor. All the possibilities of the room were in the best condition. Tea and coffee were available and the internet worked perfectly. The room TV selected the best channels. It even had Persian language channels. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day during the stay. The hotel staff were all very polite and friendly. The breakfast was maybe not at the level of a 5-star hotel, but the very professional and respectful behavior of the waiters made me feel satisfied. It was perfect, especially Thuta and Zeynep. The facilities of the gym and swimming pool were fully accessible and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

- The accommodation/breakfast was fine. - I was offered a certain price for breakfast as option to be able to add it during my stay. But later on when I wanted to add it I was charged double. Reason: "rates have changed in the meanwhile"! - The staff seem to have been forced to get customers' "positive google reviews". You keep getting visit cards from the staff, at different occasions, with a QR code to Google reviews and that staff's name so that you can mention his/her name in your review as well. This keeps happening during your stay... - Neighborhood not so pleasant and not suitable to go for a walk around.

Not even sure where to start. I stayed at this DoubleTree for three nights during a recent visit to Istanbul. The hotel building itself alongside the rooms are nice, but that's where my praises stop. This IS NOT a five star hotel by service standards. The staff don't smile, and will speak in a condescending manner when you make genuine inquiries. There wasn't a single person who did not make me feel like I wasn't hassling them (for simple requests). Breakfast service is slow for items that aren't in the buffet - the staff often forget what you ordered and you often need to reorder things like a cup of Turkish tea (which isn't provided in the buffet). Finally, if you are a Honors Diamond Elite member (like I am), forget about getting any benefit from your status. Despite there being free suites in the building, the staff won't upgrade your room even if there is vacancy (checked the app beforehand, they cited various excuses when I asked). I would strongly suggest your stay at a true five star establishment if you want to get what you pay for.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
