+ Great spot for weekend getaway. Walking distance to nearby shopping malls. Managed to get access to room earlier than the usual check-in time - Do you all still provide welcome cookies to guests? We have to ask for it. Only get the non heated one as the front desk has run out of heated ones. How can you do better? System should have an indicator for front desks staffs to know whether welcome cookies has been handed to guests or not..

My spouse and I stayed almost 6 weeks for his work trip. We loved the pool, gym, breakfast buffet, executive lounge, and the location of the hotel. The beds were very firm and the room had dust built up in the shower ceiling, along vents, and along the ceiling of the room. Aside from that, the staff were all friendly, helpful, and kind. There is a woman who works in the pool area who was always friendly and I shared conversations with. We really loved a young lady named Annie and another woman, whose name I sadly can not remember but it started with an S, who were always so friendly. I would stay here again if we ever find ourselves on that side of the globe once more.

Was pleasantly surprised that there was available room on Christmas Eve and we could check in immediately at around noon time. They even gave us a cookie at check in! Room size was decent, with basic amenities in the room. Room was also clean and well maintained. Hotel has swimming pool and gym facilities accessible 24hrs. Also like the fact that carpark was guarded and well lit, feel safe to park the car. Only downside was that hotel was not located near shopping malls or only few eateries nearby. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful, will definitely consider to stay here in future!

The room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. Amenities are really good quality. Breakfast is a feast. Huge selection of food, taste ok. They also serve freshly made juice. Parking flow is weird, the ramp is the same for entry and exit, kind of dangerous. You also need to reverse if come from the basement parking and you need to pick luggage from the lobby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
