        We had a banquet for 35 here for a birthday party. Very disappointed. Dinner was 1/2 hr late, the beef that we ordered med/rare came well done and was tough. None of the food was hot by the time we got it. Service was poor with many people having to order drinks multiple times before getting them. It was the same for our breakfast reservation. They did not have enough staff on for our group even though we made our reservations months ahead. We did appreciate that they gave us access to the room ahead of time so we could decorate. The rooms were also good. Overall I would go elsewhere next time and would not recommend to others.

        If you need reliable wifi, DO NOT stay at this hotel. Simply awful. Could not send text or email my entire stay. Front desk staff is completely useless and not able to assist. The lifts are old, slow, clunky and loud. At one point I thought I was stuck in the lift as it took forever to open. The room was clean enough, but the bathroom was so poorly designed that we literally had to contort our bodies to slide sideways through a tiny crack in the door only to bash our knees on the toilet as we turned to close the door behind us. Gawd only knows what idiot designed these bathrooms. Overall, a very uncomfortable and frustrating stay. Never again.

        Checked in after evacuating from Kelowna, staff were compassionate and supportive. We got warm cookies at check in (2AM). The receptionist was amazing and caring. Rooms were very clean. We checked out early and didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but the lobby and restaurant looked great! Location is very central, wouldn’t leave valuables in the lot

        Nice hotel. Rooms were good size, clean and the bed was super comfy. Step-in modern shower which I always appreciate. Feels like this was recently updated. A good choice in Kamloops. Full-size restaurant (didn't try).

        Numerous stays here and hotel of choice. New look, beautifully renovated and central location in DT Kamloops. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. I love the Shower!!! And room hygiene. Special thanks to Mr.Avatar , Ms.Anel and Ms.Joey for so accommodating customer service and values ! …Mountain view is classic. …oh don’t miss the welcoming warm cookie….its a different taste you will crave!
