        Lovely hotel , can’t fault the location it’s so close to the overground and the river bus harbour. got there early and got early check-in. The lady at the desk was so lovely and helpful. The warm cookie for check in is a lovely touch and very yummy. Room was lovely nice and clean , well stocked with tea,coffee and standard toiletries. All the staff we encountered were lovely. They looked after our bags in a secure room after check out until it was time for us to leave. Very pleasant experience and would stay here again.

        Travel to Imperial Wharf from central London took a bit longer than I'd anticipated, but the hotel is so close to the station I almost walked straight by it. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. I was given the key and directions to a completely different room to the one I had been allocated, but fortunately it was unoccupied, and they quickly sorted out once I went back to reception. A free drink voucher for the inconvenience was a nice touch, although the bar was freezing and the few guests that were there were all wearing thick padded jackets, so I didn't hang around. The room was quiet, even though it faced the road. Breakfast was suitably early and extensive and check-out simple. Would definitely stay again, even though layering up in the bar shouldn't really be necessary!

        Pros: very close to Imperial Wharf station, opposite supermarket, clean rooms, good customer service. Cons: my shower didn’t run that well, the buffet breakfast could be better, not many dining options outside the hotel around All in all, I enjoyed my stay at Doubletree Chelsea and love this brand! Will be back if ever in London again :)

        This hotel maintains a clean and pleasant environment. However, the staffing seemed inadequate. We arrived early at 9 am due to an early flight, and the staff member offered he would try to secure a room with a good view for our extended stay over Christmas. Unfortunately, the room we received had a disappointing interior view, primarily of concrete and other rooms. As you can see from the attached photos, it’s of other rooms, dingy interior views, and windows with tarps hanging over them. Upon requesting an alternative room, given we were a bit surprised after our earlier discussion, even suggesting a possible switch on another night, the response from the staff was less than satisfactory. Despite our early arrival, we were told front-facing rooms were requested days before, which seemed questionable and frankly a completely different story from the morning. The staff member became defensive and somewhat rude and began interrogating me as to what guarantees I was given (“Did we guarantee you a front facing room?”), leading to a tense interaction. This was particularly disheartening as we were operating on 2 hours of sleep from a long international trip, aren’t with family for the vacation (and the view would have been enjoyed) and hoping for a pleasant Christmas stay. Our only option was to downgrade our room for a front-facing view, which ultimately seemed a bit unreasonable given we paid for a higher class of room. Be aware that there’s about a 50% chance of getting a pretty rough view when booking at this hotel. I don’t appreciate being passive aggressively gaslit by the front desk or bait and switched given the photos of this hotel online.

        I loved this Doubletree. I had to keep extending my stay because I was there for a friends funeral. The front desk agents were kind, helpful and went out of their way to just keep me in the same room despite booking some different points and rates. Location excellent next to the overground and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
