        If location is the most important amenity this might be the hotel for you. The location is excellent. However, you will have to walk up and down stairs to get to your room. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the stairs. So, we heard everyone that took the stairs. One day the lift was out and the stair traffic was horrible. We could not see out our windows so not sure of the view. I also agree with other reviews on the safety of the bathroom. The tub is challenging to get in and out. On a positive note the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.

        Very disappointing hotel. 25+ nights in Hilton’s this year and this was the worst, at least in terms of value for money. More than £300 (including using some points), to receive poor service overall. I think mainly due to low staffing. The bar was slow / difficult to get a drink, the breakfast took more than 10-mins to get a drink and the food replenishment wasn’t great. Many stations without food and it wasn’t like the place was totally full. The room overall was nice looking and reasonable size for central London but the bathroom was old style. A fixed shower head above a slippery bath is way below expectations. I think had I paid £100-£150 a night, I might have overlooked but for the price I feel robbed. I’m a very positive reviewer, Hilton Honors member too but feel this feedback is needed. Of course the location is very good for seeing a lot of the key sites in London which maybe is a reason on its own to stay there.

        As a Diamond member I was disappointed with this hotel. I wasn’t welcomed as a Diamond Member and wasn’t given an upgrade which is part of the hotel reward scheme. I stay away on average 70 nights a year in Hilton’s as well as other properties. The checkin process was slow, whilst being checked in the person who was serving us kept answering the phone. I was put into the Bloomsbury room which was on the LG floor with a frosted window in a very noisy location, the room was cold and took a long time to heat up. Breakfast was disappointing with very limited choice, the orange juice tasted off and coffee wasn’t great. It’s an expensive hotel but that’s due to the location. Unfortunately my advice would be to stay at the Hilton Hyde Park or Double Tree Hyde park. They are both only 2 stops down on the central line and are much better.

        It was a big disappointment. The room was small but apparently that's normal for London. Despite the high price tag. The air conditioning didn't work the first night (it was super cold despite setting it for max temperature), apparently it was a settings thing. The staff helped me fix it but then the AC was very loud at night, making strange noises, the fan in the bathroom worked all the time and was very loud. The floor in the bathroom was super cold. At night I could hear other guests outside the room, also sounds from the adjoining rooms. The breakfast was very mediocre. That was definitely not a 4 star experience, more like 1-2 stars. Never again.

        Rooms are clean and spacious. The location is terrific. Near to Oxford Street and Regent Street, there are plenty of food places nearby. Primark is round the corner for any emergency items you’d need. The staff, especially Sardia, was friendly and helpful. Thank you, Sardia, for your assistance when I needed help on extending my stay. The breakfast spread was terrific, and staff Nathaline and Ashkhay were very friendly and obliging.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
