Amazing!! We are currently staying here and cannot fault anything. From the moment we checked in everything has been perfect. Check in was smooth and the hotel manager was so lovely to find us a great room. The service here is beyond our expectations. They are so quick to respond to any request. The hotel is well located and close to everything. The rooms are comfortable and great value. Great dining at your doorstep. Would definitely recommend staying here and it is our go to for our next Melbourne trip.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional & helpful. Happy to accommodate my luggage until check in as i arrived really early. Fantastic centrally located hotel. Opposite Franklin Street Station, very close to Federation Square & the Yarra River. 3 minute walk to Bourke Street Mall! Clean & comfortable hotel. Would highly recommend.

The service was excellent. We only stayed one night but the lady who checked us in was very knowledgeable and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great location being directly opposite Flinders street station and surrounded by a great range of beautiful cafes and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities were all perfect for our needs. The one and only negative was that the room looked out at to the side of the building with an air-conditioning unit but we were only staying the one night so didn’t bother us. And the welcome cookie was delicious 👍👍👍

Just wrapped up my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne, and I have mixed feelings to share. The hotel's location is perfect – within walking distance to major attractions and surrounded by numerous restaurant options, making it ideal for exploring the city. The proximity to Melbourne Cricket Ground is a definite plus. However, I must note that the breakfast, while satisfying, had a limited variety. The rooms were on the smaller side, but given the prime location, this could be considered acceptable. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Melbourne is a nice hotel, and if you prioritize location convenience, it's worth considering for your stay in Melbourne.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
