Yikes, I don't know how this is listed as a 4 star property - it is not. The rooms and facilities are incredibly dated and the years of wear and tear is evident everywhere. The climate control in the rooms would never work consistently. I was worried about the reviews of theft and placed the "do not disturb" sign on my door and still had people try to come in. My co worker had an employee come into her room without even knocking. My company paid for our rooms and when we were leaving there were four of us who had random charges on our cards. This place is shady, expensive, and I would not recommend that anyone stay here.

I was worried about staying here given the reviews. I had no issues with my room being clean or comfortable, but there are some areas where this hotel can improve regarding service. Not being able to get a coffee before 6:30 am is annoying. Asking for a bottle of water before 6:30 and being told you can’t get one is also annoying. It was also annoying to have to ask to have parking removed from my bill after expressly stating I did not drive here. The location is good and the restaurant is excellent. It was convenient to stay here for the conference I was attending, but the hotel could definitely improve in service.

Just checked in. This room is very dated. The furniture has lots of ware on it definitely reds to be fixed or updated and the smell of the room is gross . Definitely not recommended. Looks like a drop of blood on windows seal. Parking is crazy for $30 that makes no sense. Plus wasn’t offered cookies when we checked in .the elevator made bad sounds going up and was all tore up inside needed to be cleaned.after leaving the resort to go out come back to find no parking close to our room yet you charge Disney parking prices. Plus there are no carts by the tower to load our luggage on to transport to room. But wait there is more. Now we’ve went to breakfast. You sit so close to other people it’s gross. The line to get an omelette forget about it. So your left with hard bacon tasteless pancakes water eggs and sausage with castings attached. It’s so crazy from looking in this hotel looks so nice but it’s cuts why too many corners .

Old dated hotel with low quality rooms. Our room had a moldy musty smell and what seemed to be wet spots on the carpet. Overall the hotel rooms need a full remodel they most likely only do well because of their proximity to sea world. The staff was pretty much useless and seemed to be annoyed whenever you tried to interact with them. We were there for a conference and their conference facilities were the best part of the hotel. They were all new with plenty of room and decent food for a conference.

The service was fabulous, we arrived hours after our expected arrival due to delays with travel and the staff was so warm and welcoming. Made our one night stay a treat. The lobby is stunning and quite large making the reception area an enjoyable experience. The rooms are a bit older and a little outdated but we’re still a good experience. Great location too!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
