It's a good place to stay when in Orlando. Lobby was attractive and the rooms were above average. Parking garage is gross and the $30 a day parking pretty much dissuaded me from ever using it. Nicest late night hotel employees too.

Room needs attention! Turned on a/c and it makes a terrible loud noises. They came to fix it and it started again shortly after engineering left. The elevator eight floor button was punched out and you had to get on an another elevator to get to your room the first day. The buttons on the phone are missing or not labeled. They don’t answer the phone so it was quicker to go downstairs to the front desk. In a fair size room they have one very small trash can only in the bath room. The refrigerator does work wonderfully. Staff is quite nice! They had three elevators but only 2 work one more often (with the punched out floor number) then the other one.

The location is ok. Pretty quick drive to places downtown. The rooms have no microwaves and the shampoo and conditioner bottles have been empty every single time I have stayed here. I could NOT make the room warm either. I even cranked it to 90F and it kept blowing out freezing cold out, I could not sit in the room except for under the bed sheets. The ice maker was broken and not working as well. My husband was given a hard time at the front desk when he arrived before me and was almost refused entry to the room. Can hear the neighbors pretty clearly too. I was able to hear their cell phone going off at 12am then at 4am again then their alarm and the conversations they were having. Nothing is included and the prices are expensive for what you get. I got sucked in by the reviews and the price - booked 2 nights off the bat - but am not returning here my last 3 nights. Views are highway and of the pool on top of the parking garage. Definitely not and would not recommend.

Stayed here a couple weeks ago. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and the location was perfect for the show we saw that night. We didn't time dinner right so we had to wait until after our show, and decided to just eat at the hotel. The food was delicious and the drinks were good too. Well worth the price. Service was great and Alexis made great coffee in the morning. We would come back again.

Despite the hotel's advantageous location, providing easy access to nearby attractions, my overall experience was marred by several significant issues. Firstly, the closed shower was a considerable inconvenience, hindering the ability to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing bathing experience. Furthermore, the state of the amenities was disappointing, as they appeared to have been previously used. This lack of attention to detail and cleanliness detracted from the overall comfort and quality expected from a hotel stay. While the breakfast was included, it fell short of expectations. The offerings were at best mediocre, lacking the variety and freshness that one would anticipate. This aspect further contributed to a sense of dissatisfaction during my stay. Despite these shortcomings, I found it challenging to communicate these concerns effectively. The hotel's management seemed unresponsive or indifferent, making it difficult to address and rectify these issues during my time there. Overall, while the location was a positive aspect, the combination of a closed shower, used amenities, and a subpar breakfast significantly diminished the overall quality of my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
