        My husband and I were delighted to have stayed in Doubletree Hilton ShenZhen Longhua in our recent ShenZhen trip in September. The hotel staff who were professional, friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and make us feel welcomed. The amenities in our room met my needs satisfactorily. The housekeeping staff, especially staff Arya and Lissa were hardworking and kept our room clean. The executive lounge served a wide variety of good food, fruits and beverages. The lounge staff who had served us, especially Ruby, Yana, Susie and Bob were very friendly, helpful and hardworking. Yana was very initiative, and would always do beyond our requests. The most impressive was Bob, who was extremely professional, friendly, attentive, caring and helpful, making us feel at home at all times. He carried out his job passionately and always did his best to satisfy our needs. His impeccable service had made our stay in this hotel unforgettable and happy. He is a gem. Location of hotel is fantastic. Just next to a shopping mall with plenty of retailers, supermarket, restaurants, cafe, pubs. As usual, just like many other Hilton’s we have stayed, Doubletree Hilton ShenZhen Longhua has met our expectations.

        Definitely one of most favorite hotels of all time. In three trips to China I stayed here a total of 40+ nights. Absolutely stunning views of the park below. This hotel is incredible. The ICO mall next door is very convenient.

        Ordered room service for breakfast and food came out stone cold. Milk tasted sweet as though it was intentionally sweetened. Napkins came with gray and black stains. Checked out the gym when I got there and an employee offered to show me around but was sighing and seemed frustrated about having to do so. Not exactly sure how to interpret the levels of service here but I can say it’s not up to par with other hotels in the area. Update: Woken up at 7:00 AM due to shouting from about a dozen people in the hallway lasting around 30 minutes.

        Very good hotel in the Longhua area, closer to BaoAn airport, very close to Shenzhen North Railway station, conveniently located next to ICO mall. There is access to mall from rear side of the hotel. Convenient store and good restaurants in the mall. Hotel Rooms are clean and good. Excellent breakfast options. Has a full fledged gym and swimming pool on 4th floor. Very good staff, hospitality is excellent.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
