This used to be a Holiday Inn at one point in time. It's gone through a remodel and a re-badging. Highly satisfied. The staff could not be any nicer. I'm so appreciative when people/businesses exceeded my expectations, this hotel did. Honestly, the price is too low for the service, amenities and such pleasant staff. The rooms were clean, the meal down in the restaurant was good, and the facility was clean. Again, thank you very much !!!

The rooms were modern, beautiful and clean. The staff was very polite and kind. They have a restaurant and bar that served delicious food and a great cocktail. Manny was specially nice! I recommend this hotel.

Recently renovated. I got an Honors upgrade to the suite and it was a nice room with plenty of space. Manny was bartending and extremely friendly, bar was fully stocked and very impressive for a DoubleTree. Would definitely come back next time in town.

when coming to Houston I stayed here when it was Holiday Inn. But this was a first time stay during the transition as DoibleTree by Hilton and the customer service was excellent. I loved that the rooms didn’t have the adjoining doors to the rooms. The only thing is the room didn’t have a microwave. I didn’t try the food but the service was excellent.

3 night stay labor day weekend… rooms are nice customer service was awesome. The sign outside still says holiday inn. They have a nice bar & grill inside its a bit pricey. (Cheddars is right next door) Only disappointment i have is NO POOL or BREAKFAST Definitely would book again 🤩

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
