Lovely hotel and even lovelier staff. The staff made us feel like we were very special, especially Gonca, the dining room hostess. They all appeared at your elbow as soon as you needed something, without being intrusive in any way. The decor is modern and the rooms large enough to be comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. The location was perfect for us; there is is ample public transportation right outside the door, and it is a comfortable walking distance to all of the major sights. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and safety was never an issue. We would return here.

Base on my experience at same hotel in antalya I did choose this place and was absolutely day and night. No amenities, smells of sewers system everywhere specifically in elevator. When I ask any questions they just answer like I'm just made it up or I'm craze and talking to other employees in turkey just front of me . So sorry for Hilton ,,,I was expecting 5 star service.

Service was top notch. They really worked to take care of me at every interaction. Location is conveniently right by a tram stop and a short walk from the metro. Be aware that there's some construction going on outside currently.

Our favorite staff, Gonca Karajan, gave us exceptional attention and service..always cheerful, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast staff and food were top notch, our coffees consistently full! All staff. Including housekeeping, and spa were helpful and friendly. Our every need was met. The hotel is beautifully decorated and airy. This location is perfect for first time to Istanbul.

Me and my wife had a lovely stay at the Doubletree Hilton Old Town. All the staff members are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. A special thanks to Gonca Karahan she is very lovely and professional. She always has a beautiful smile when we come down for breakfast and the service & food is Excellent. Definitely recommended...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
