From the moment we arrived at Hilton our experience was nothing short of exceptional. One of the standout features of this hotel was their flexibility with check-in times. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in without any additional cost, which was a huge relief after our long journey. The staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. Each member of the team was not only friendly but also highly professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. Their attitude made us feel genuinely welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. Communication with the hotel was seamless. Whether it was a request for extra towels or inquiries about local attractions, the response was always prompt and helpful. This level of attentiveness and ease of communication truly set apart. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities, such as the fitness center and the swimming pool, were well-equipped and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and everything tasted delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, and they made us feel welcome. The only minor issues we had were that the late checkout we requested was not communicated to the cleaning staff, so they knocked on our door a few times before we left. Also, the air quality in the pool area was very bad, and it smelled very strongly like chlorine. We think the ventilation there should be improved. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value and a pleasant experience.

This Hotel is the best one i have stayed in. I like the personal - kind and always with a smile. The rooms are very big(especially the bathroom) and very clean. The thing is that they wouldn't let kids under the age of 18 in the gym. The Turkish bath , sauna and the Steam room are separate for a male and a female. The pool is clean and with a good water temperature.

The most striking thing that caught my attention was the attention to the guest's comfort and the communication before arrival to know the guest's needs, which indicates professionalism in dealing with guests. Ms. Zaneb's attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay were truly appreciated. She was always available to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed. I felt like I was in good hands with her. Thanks a million

The hotel made my stay very pleasant. They helped me with an itinerary, gave me tips where to eat and what to visit. They also arranged a decorated hotel room for my birthday. The staff is very lovely and they check up on you everyday. The room was very clean and got cleaned every day. I would like to thank Zineb and Askim for making my stay so pleasant. Definitely recommend it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
