I had a wonderful experience here, it was my first time at Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar, DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro. The staff are hospitable, given me warm welcome. The food was fantastic especially the grill tenderloin, very recommended to try. Not to forget also they have very delicious Signature Cocktails that you need to try it here, Special thanks to CORY who was took care of me during my dinner, he is very nice, checking me time to time. Will be back in next opportunity!

Its not as we expected when entering the lobby, we were stunned when entering DoubleTree Surabaya, it was smelled great, the smell of lavish and luxury. Check in was easy, no hassle and they informed the late check out is 12.30. We got the room on 15th floor and in corner, previously i asked if there is any complimentary for birthday and they write a congratulations on the mirror, no cake or else, unlike DoubleTree Surabaya. Room is clean adn water pressure are great, plenty of electrical socket. Breakfast was okay, various kind of menu, including indian food. Kids +6years pays half, 104K/kids. Swimming pool was super large, they have pool bar in the center of the pool and the pool consist of 3 heights, 1.4, 1.2 and kids pool. We also check the Kids Playground, it has 2 playstation 4 and small indoor playground. Parking is great, large area for parking. Overall, the hotel is living up to its name but DoubleTree Surabaya surely has better in everything for half of the price.

The room and housekeeping were very good. The International Buffet breakfast was really appetizing. Above all, the service from the different departments was genuinely good. It would have been nice if it was a little closer to the airport.

Rooms are terribly old and smelly. Tried to change room but they killed the air freshener in the room. I checked out immediately. Location was great though. Update to Hilton’s reply. Definitely will not come back. Some things have to be done with your ventilation in the toilet. If you don’t take my word, get the management to sleep in the room. And you will understand.

Our second time and always a good choice for kids friendly hotel in Jakarta. Very comfortable room and good breakfast spread. Kids club made available for the young ones. Super friendly receptionist and staffs. Definitely will be back. Sampai ketemu!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
