Very spacious room. Comfy beds with nice decor although no nice views. Breakfast spread is simple and basic, not fancy but enough to feed you well. Amenities and self service at lobby. Good variety of choice. Main door to reception is some what hidden from street view, maybe have a signage on the panel of the door will help visitors identify easier. Overall comfy stay.

Superb hotel. Excellent service staff (standard in Japan) 1/2 shrine view, bright when curtains opened. Pristine room condition. Free items offered at reception. Pyjamas + slippers given- so cute 5-10min walk from kyoto station + plethora of food shops. You won’t regret booking.

This feels like a luxury 5 star hotel to a regular tourist like me. My husband and I traveled with our 6 month old baby. The front door is accessible with a ramp that takes you to a lower level reception desk. Everything is spotless, the rooms have so many cool features, and the toiletries are so unique. If you are comparing multiple hotels just do yourself a HUGE favor and book this one! We got a room with the soaker tub and rainfall shower head in their own room separate from the toilet. This was the best place we stayed in Japan and better than any hotel we've tried in the U.S..

We stayed here during the Kyoto leg of our honeymoon. The room felt much bigger than our room in Tokyo, and we loved the spacious bathroom (full length tub and separate shower area!). The amenities on the way in were very helpful. We haven't tried the laundry yet but they have laundry on the second floor.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place for the price. Very stylish lobby. Reception staff were very helpful. Location wise, was handy for the station, a bit of a trek to the Centre, but was only there for one night, so this was ideal.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
