I stayed here for a work trip for 4 nights. The rooms were newly renovated which was amazing. Beds were comfy (sometimes I wake up with lower back pain at hotels, not here), pillows were comfy, shower was spacious, huge 65 inch LG tv which was great. The staff was efficient and friendly, I came back from work to fresh towels daily. What more could you ask for out of a hotel? Yes, there were some homeless people on the property next door. Don’t go to Vegas if homeless people bother you. Never did they bother me or anybody at the hotel. There wasn’t free complimentary breakfast, but I didn’t need it as my work conference provided that. The parking garage was gated and easy to get in and out of. I would stay here again.

The rooms were OK. No microwave nor complimentary breakfast. The hotel smelled like butt for my entire stay. I guess they were experiencing plumbing issues but had no issues with still charging full rate. The hotel is in the hood with crackheads and homeless people living in tents surrounding the exterior of the property (not actually on the property). The neighborhood is beyond the hotel's control so I did not factor that into my rating. It's just noteworthy so that you be sure to exercise caution when walking around in the neighborhood. If you're not familiar with the hood or rough neighborhoods in general, I don't suggest walking around alone. I paid Hilton Prices for Hunts Point quality.

I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, and I’m pleased to share my feedback about this experience. To begin, I was impressed by the hotel’s stunning renovation. The updated decor and facilities truly added to the overall appeal of the establishment. I’d like to extend my appreciation to Brenda, the General Manager at the front desk, who I believe hails from Lake Elsinore, CA. Brenda went above and beyond by accommodating my request for a late check-out, making my stay more convenient and enjoyable. Of course, the iconic DoubleTree welcome cookie was a delightful touch that I greatly appreciated. It’s these small gestures that make a stay memorable. One aspect I was concerned about before my visit was the reported construction noise mentioned in previous reviews. However, during my stay, I didn’t experience any disruptions. It seems that the construction work was well managed, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful stay. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bar area appeared to be completely finished, contrary to some prior comments. This added to the overall positive impression of the hotel. In summary, my brief stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was smooth, enjoyable, and exceeded my expectations. The renovated surroundings, Brenda’s outstanding service, the delicious cookie, and the lack of construction disruptions all contributed to a fantastic experience. I look forward to returning and appreciate the efforts made to ensure a pleasant stay. Thank you!

I have had good experiences at DoubleTree hotels in the past, so I did not object to being booked here this time. This area is pretty rough. Fortunately there is an underground parking garage with a door that keeps out the riff raff. I asked for extra towels, did not get them. The elevators worked or didn't work, it was unclear and inconsistent. There was a hole in my bathroom ceiling that had sort of been patched, but not really. You could see the mesh tape and much of the hole, still. The breakfast was not provided due to a "kitchen renovation" that didn't seem to be started. The AC in the room sounded like a jet engine starting up. Suffice it to say, I asked to not be booked here again. The owner of this property needs to work on deferred maintenance and not just squeeze out cash until it collapses.

Not too far from the strip; it's walkable. Needs just a little more variety on the restaurant menu. As well as more available times, the restaurant is open. I realize this is LV, and restaurants are everywhere. But convenience does count. The service desk was awesome. I would consider staying again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
