A perfectly decent stay. Room clean and perfectly equipped. It was a little on the small size and if staying more than one night might well be worth considering an upgrade. Located close to tube station meaning most London locations easily accessible. Buffet style breakfast providing what you would typically expect.

I will definitely return again! 😁 The place is clean, modern and the staff was amazing, since i arrived the check in was welcoming, i forgot to ask the name of the 2 ladies serving me, there were kind and professional. Breakfast was delicious, but they should update the paper to get more options to have it in the room.

Closer to the airport and navigable to the city (assuming public transportation is not in chaos...) it is a place to stay if you are not spending time in your room. There are inconsistencies in the caliber of customer service, with some employees being fantastic in their care of guests and other females that don't want to be bothered. Rooms are SMALL. If you are claustrophobic, ask for a larger room. Shower is small and uncomfortable. Rooms are very warm which is hard to sleep if its warm outside. Not bad in general as a launch pad. Very clean.

We had an unsatisfactory stay of 5 nights at Hilton London Ealing falling very short of expectations. Cons: Hostile, unwelcome behaviour and ineffective service except for the breakfast & restaurant staff. Unexpected deposit at the time of checkin. Unwelcoming receptionists, checkin hassle due to their systems not being updated. No complimentary drinking water after the first night. Hot water and Television issues which were not resolved. Breakfast is not worth it, with the same menu everyday and a small spread. Pros: Rooms are good, wifi is good. Location is okay with a metro station nearby. Room has good temperature control. Restaurant staff are well trained unlike the other staff in the hotel. Overall this place is not worth its price tag or reputation when there are so many other options in London. Feel free to keep this is as a last option.

Mostly down to our Waiter 'Kante' We were looked after extremely well. Extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. The place was warm, spacious, clean and comfortable. We booked for 10 people and 2 kids at about 10 minutes notice - well done double tree.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
