        Hotel is right near the Victoria station which accesses to District, Circle and Victoria lines. Super convenient!! Walking distance to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Hotel room is decent size and clean. The breakfast is okay as expected but would like more variety. There’s renovation going on when I stayed and there are some drilling and hammering noise often during day time. Not the most ideal!!

        Overall value but not a great experience. Room had power outage that only affected the plugs not the lights. Front desk sent maintenance and fixed. Toilet was not flushed from last users. Room had a direct view of the giant trash collection point for Victoria station. They empty early morning and they are sure to wake you. Last night the water went out around 11pm as I was set to shower. Was not functional until late In the AM as I was leaving. Called the front desk and was offered points less than 50% of value of one nights stay. Breakfast was ordinary English breakfast. No coffee last day due to water outage but rest meal was ready. Good job to the cooks during an outage. Extra Positive the Hotel reached out within 24 hours based on the review. Thank you for the connection and hope your team can gain insight and improvements for future visitors.

        The only thing that I liked about this hotel was the fact that it was centrally located and right across from the Victoria station. Other than that, this hotel is not worth the money they are charging. First, it is important that you know that they are undergoing construction and it is EXTREMELY loud. I felt like they were drilling in my room. I complained at the front desk because I feel like this should have been disclosed previously but they didn't do anything about it. I am a Hilton Gold member and I stayed there for 5 days. I dealt with loud construction for 4/5 days. In addition, the room took forever to warm up with the heat as well as the water in the shower. The bar is decent. The breakfast is subpar.

        Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to the St. Victoria Underground station across the street. Basic rooms were a little small, but I guess that's understandable for London. The beds were too firm for my tastes. The bathroom tub was very high to step over/into. I can't imagine someone with limited abilities being able to get in and get out safely, but that design might be usual for British bathtubs. If you have a physical limitation with your legs, you may want to ask for a shower-only room or other handicap-accessible facilities.

        We stayed here when we went to watch Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. The hotel is an excellent location for theatre-goers. It’s also walking distance to Buckingham Palace. The hotel is quite a distance from other attractions, but there is a train and bus station within walking distance as well. We had the King Junior Suite and it was the perfect size for a family. There was construction going on in the hotel at the time, but we couldn’t hear it from our room - it did make the lobby noisy.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
