Stayed here for 1 night as we had an early flight next morning. Easy to get to by car and we paid to keep our car at the hotel whilst we went on holiday. Got complimentary biscuits when we checked in which was a nice surprise. Had dinner at the hotel which was lovely. A shuttle is provided to take you to the airport & bring you back to hotel to collect your car which cam be booked online. Great hotel.

I just a very special "THANK YOU" to Naomi and Sara for very promptly and graciously returning my articles of clothing left behind on my last visit. It was greatly appreciated. If my travels ever get me back to MAN, this will definitely be my hotel of choice. Great breakfast, rooms and staff. (Perhaps the 24 hour notice on room cancellation could possibly be looked at. People who travel for work or travelers with flight interruptions often have uncertain itineraries and cannot often meet these requirements.) All in all, my colleagues and I were very happy with our stay.

Perfect hotel location next to the airport. I arrived by train in the evening (after dark) and still found the hotel super easy to find. Greeted by a lovely lady on arrival & was told the desk is manned 24hrs which is great. I was even offered a warm, welcome cookie (which obviously I didn't turn down). The room was spacious, clean and had everything you would expect to need in a hotel. Getting over the airport was v easy. Terminal 1 is back towards the train arrival/departures and then use the sky link taking you directly into the terminal. Great on bad weather days. Highly recommend over some of the more expensive other hotels nearby.

I was only here for a few hours. There was an issue when checking in which was resolved. The room was nice, a bit small but suitable for a short stay. The room was far to warm with no fridge. Location was good although a bit confusing to get to from the airport. I have stayed here a few times. Its expensive but convenient for the airport. Staff are lovely and the breakfast is good.

I always choose Hilton as past good experiences I had and so I trust the brand. This time was totally awful and blacklisted Hilton. Since I entered the building and to the room stay all was disgusting. The reception member has no patience only cares what she thinks. The room is a clearly with problem one. That has awful odor and dirty with dusts. I stayed in hotels for so many times can’t figure out WHAY MAKE THIS TIME SO DIFFERENT.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
