We stayed here recently. Had 3x rooms (with 2 of them being connected). From the floor layout, there is also an option to join 3 or 4 rooms to one entry door. This would be great for extended families. I would say that this is arguably the best hotel in Melaka (I’ve previously stayed at Holiday Inn and Courtyard in Melaka). The rooms are well maintained. One of our rooms was a corner suite that was very spacious and had great open views. There is also a shopping mall located in the same tower (but I believe it has closed after impacts of Covid). Reasonable restaurants around the hotel too within short walk or driving distance.

Wonderful hotel room overall. You can feel the posh vibes here. If you drive, parking space is below the reception floor. It can be confusing as it's the same parking space with the Elements Mall (which is not open for public). But if you took taxi or grab, just drop off on the Ground floor, then took the next lift for receptionist, facilities, or the guest room. Room wise, they were very spacious. We were very pleased with it. However I noticed a couple of corners in the room seemed old and fell off, but very minor. Next to the building are some apartment blocks. The pool of the hotel was very average and busy. It also can be quiet windy, which is very understandable judging by its location. Very minor feedback, we need to rang three times to get our shower gel get refilled, even after the staff clean the room for the day. To get to the city, it only took 30 mins walking distance.

Rooms well kept. Facilities in-house and amenities well kept. Recommended for gym seekers on trip. Stayed in for a few weeks for Too bad the mall is closed. And surrounding shop houses are only 50% opened. Reception was welcoming everyday. Personally I feel service can be better. (Comparing to other double tree) Quite accommodating but price is a little higher compared to other hotels in the region. Recommended👍

Receptionist was very professional and friendly. Overall the hotel was very clean and there was no funky smell. Many amenities available like the gym, pool and sauna. Tried the morning buffet breakfast which we needed to pay extra for. I think can give a passing score since there were many different variety of cuisine to choose from, but pretty standard, nothing special. Recommend to just try only once for experience. Also, from the map it seems like a sea view is possible from the hotel room, but for our room the view was blocked by another flat/building. No good view

Very nice hotel with great views of the city and the sea. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Professional service, special perks for diamond members were highly appreciated. A bit of walk to the centre but all good as it is through the shopping area and the hotel location is only a quick walk to the Portuguese district. Good breakfast and afternoon tea. Infinity Swimming pool was also very nice with the views of the city. The hotel windows are only single glazed which might be a little issue if you are a light sleeper but we did not mind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
