That's not a 4* hotel by any standard! The room was dirty- very dirty carpet, dirty and leaking bathroom. And I can't believe anyone said the breakfast was nice, it was not. Firstly, the juice- they have separate orange juice dispenser and they put actual oranges on top but do not be fooled, it is not freshly squeezed orange juice, not even a good quality shop bought orange juice! It is horrible with powdery taste! There were some other not nice juices on offer but at least there was no attempt to deceive guest they were fresh. There was only 1 coffee machine working during our stay which is fine, but the coffee was average by Italy standard. The food selection was very poor, especially if you're vegetarian. We asked the staff if there are any veggie sausages on offer but they just directed us to the scrambled eggs (too watery and not set for us), rice and mixed veg (not something we would eat for breakfast). The staff in the restaurant was a bit miserable apart for one waiter who always smiled and said good morning to us (unfortunately I did not get his name but it was not the person who was responsible for greeting and, apparently, telling the staff off!). Bar staff was really nice and the reception too ( the night receptionist checking us in was really good, much appreciated at midnight!). In terms of location -yes,there are teams close to the hotel but it does take 30-40min to get to city centre.

A hotel to be AVOIDED, for several reasons. I hardly ever write reviews during my stay (not after) but I genuinely don't think I need to see anymore to decide that this hotel is to be AVOIDED no matter what the alternative is. Pros: the gentleman who checked us in (Daniele) was extremely polite and efficient, a credit to Hilton. Cons: everything else. Reservation team: most unhelpful people I have encountered in my travels. Refused to offer any sort of help after my flight was cancelled. They saw this an opportunity to make some €€€ out of my stress. To be treated like this despite being Hilton Honors Gold member is beyond disappointing. Disgusting. Breakfast: awful selection, bad quality. Just awful. Nothing else to add. Cleanliness; bedding etc seems clean, but mould in the bathroom and disgusting carpets ruined our stay. This is not acceptable, the carpets are FILTHY I had to wear my shoes in the room. Awful experience, worst Hilton hotel I've ever encountered. Location: horrible location. Far from everything and the area didn't feel safe at night. Do look elsewhere. This is a very, very bad hotel.

As usual, the Hilton never disappoints. The room was spacious and spotless. The check in and check out was painless and the breakfast selection really good. The hotel is on a tram route so getting to the Milan centre is easy and very cheap.

A really nice hotel in the suburbs of Milan with a lot of free parking spots just outside the hotel premise. The reception was quite friendly and we had a really fast check in with a room on the 4th floor which provides an open view of the area. Beds are always super comfy and the new policy of less plastic in the bathroom is something I am really happy with. The only problem we had is that the cleaning staff didn't check and change the dirty used coffee mug from the previous occupants and it was a bit of a disappointment to find it!!! Breakfast is amazing with a lot of sweet options and less of savoury ones!

The rooms are large, modern and comfortable, but a bit noisy. The brunch is rich, I recommend the fruits in syrup and the cake, but not the sausage/bacon/scrambled eggs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
