One of our best Hilton experiences in the Middle East and we're glad to have booked here for 6 nights! As a Diamond member, we got an update to a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and modern. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms, a nice balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and literally everything which you need like washing machine, dishwasher, dryer rack, you name it. The lovely swimming pool on the rooftop is another highlight, but it can be very busy in the daytime. The breakfast was rich, delicious and also varied from day to day. Although the hotel is located in a busy commercial area and not far from the highway, it's peaceful and quiet in the rooms and facilities. We highly recommend this hotel and would like to come again!

New hotel and in soft opening. But it exceeded expectations, the place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. In fact, all employees deserve our thanks for welcoming guests and their kind. My experience was excellent. The rooms are large and very suitable for families. As for the location, there are restaurants and services near it. It is very close to Muscat Expressway

AMAZING HOTEL!!! The rooms have very great quality and the breakfast buffet was very VERY yummy. Thank you to Chip who helped us and accompanied us in the buffet. The hotel has great facilities which I like a lot. Our stay has so far been amazing and I would definitely come there again.

Alaa has an amazing calming personality and helped me relax after a stressful drive from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are amazing, it had a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a balcony which I enjoyed my dinner on the last night and relaxed. I stayed for 4 nights, and it couldn't have been any more amazing. The entire staff is helpful and professional

Stayed here for 3 nights at 2 bedroom option. Room was amazing..complete with kitchen and utensil, washing machine, stove. Love it! Hotel also surrounded with malls and restaurants so it will be convinient if you're looking for meals.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
