I spent 3 nights in January 2024 with my others colleagues with fully enjoyed all facilities. Staff are excellent, variety of foods items as complimentary breakfast, quite location, nearby supermarkets. I have a plan to stay with my facilities.

I must say it was a stay of full satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the hotel staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly provided with all the information I needed for my stay. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. My stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I left with a sense of full satisfaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future or recommend it to others.

We went to check in at 9pm and our room wasn't ready yet. Food was hit and miss. The staff overall was great just felt they were a half step behind. Location felt secured. We had a battery go dead on a door and they weren't sure they had spares which seems crazy to say that. But the batteries go dead because if you have the door open it constantly beeps like our room neighbor constantly had his door open and I even asked him to close it. Air Conditioning was hit and miss in some rooms. Our shower didn't drain properly and would overflow. The lobby echos to point we could hear it from our room when the phone rang. Not to mention everything else. Lobby bathroom had a broken soap dispenser. Laundry lost our pants for a day but did find it. I would stay again and I know I'm nit-picking but if you don't critique you can't get better.

Location is great as there are many shopping areas fairly near-by. Staff are really friendly, just be sure to engage clearly on costs upfront. The kitchen staff for breakfasts are great hosts. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Conference venues are also really comfortable.

My stay their was okay. Room maintenance was good. Love the variety when it came to breakfast. Front desk service was particularly impeccable, friendly staff especially from the front desk assistant that went by the name Shakib.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
