Dawn at the front desk was awesome !! We arrived in the city very early. , so we went straight to the hotel to drop our bags off. It was only 8 am, and I knew check in was not until 3. On arrival , when I asked if we could leave our bags , Dawn was super friendly and excited because my name is Dawn as well . (It’s not the most common name - so we Dawns get excited to meet another ! ) she went above and beyond ! She actually offered for us to check in early at no additional cost , as well as gave us a slightly larger room than originally booked . The room was beautiful and clean and updated . The only downfall of the room was that it was located next to the fitness center , and when the treadmill was in use the next morning you could hear the “thump thump” of the guest running . Other than that - I have no complaints ! The location is spectacular - directly across the street. Is Radio City Music hall to the right , and a cut thru to Rockefeller Center to the left . Great location - great staff! I will definitely be staying here again in the future !!

We had a great stay. We arrived early in the morning of the first night of our stay. We received warm greetings and the staff happily stored our bags for us, since we could not check in til later in the day. The room was clean and spacious for NYC. Staff brought our bags up to our room for us. The location was perfect for visiting Rockefeller Center, The Rockettes, Center Park, Times Square and Broadway. Sure there is lots of street noise but that is expected for the area. We managed to still get plenty of sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The first thing you see when you walk into the “lobby” of this place is that the energy efficiency rating for the building is an F. When we stayed here, one elevator was completely broken and the other was very slow. One time both were down and we had to take the stairs. The rooms are tiny, maybe 300SF at best if I’m being generous, and that’s not a lot of space when you are sharing with someone else. This is better for solo travelers. It’s relatively safe and quiet and from a walking perspective the location is pretty dang good, especially to the shopping on 5th Ave or to Rockefeller Center or MoMA. The beds are decently comfortable and they do at least have big bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the showers and a hairdryer. This is definitely the budget way to stay in New York and frankly it’s probably just better to pay the extra $10/night to stay somewhere nicer a few blocks down. Also they charge a $50/night incidental fee, which creeps up on you. Some of the staff are kind and helpful and others are just very nonchalant and you can tell they don’t want to be there. It’s a very small and cramped hotel overall.

Checked in as a Diamond member, having reserved a king. Was put into a queen on 15. Only 1 elevator (of 2) in service. Went back to the front desk, was then given a king on 11. Worked out ok for the first night, however in the middle brushing my teeth the next afternoon, the water coming out of the faucet turned chocolate brown and grainy. Nearly threw up! Thank God I had bottled water in the room. Complained and was moved to another room ("on a different pipe", I was told). That room was ok for the rest of the stay, but the one elevator was SO frustrating! One elevator...26 floors. Multiple times it would have to go by because it was completely packed. I used nothing but bottled water the rest of the stay. I had too much else going on to switch hotels, but I will not return to this hotel. Front desk staff was fine and accommodating. They said they'd "talk to the manager", but I heard nothing. Being totally grossed out and equally frustrated, I don't recommend. Do better, Hilton!

My daughter and I stayed one night on the 7th floor. (1/4/24) This is where the restaurant and bar are located. There was noise of doors slamming throughout the night. Our air conditioning unit did not work and there was a horrible smell of cigarettes. I let the front desk know about the air conditioning and cigarette smell and she told me another guest complained about the same thing a day prior. Why would they put us on that floor if there was an odor problem? I was given a $15 credit upon checking out. Not much of a credit for little sleep and poor air quality. We stayed at the Jewel Hotel, a couple doors down, the night before. A better experience overall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
