Stayed one night. Allowed me a early check-in which was much appreciated. Staff was super friendly. Top marks! Room on a small scale but adequate. Unfortunately, bed was too soft for me and short. Pillows too plush. Room had an iron, fridge and coffee maker.

This hotel is fabulous! The rooms are a bit small (but so are almost all rooms in NYC). The staff, details, and location more than make up for it. We were able to check in early (may be due to my Hilton Honors status) but were greeted by a very helpful associate and helped right away. The rooms are clean and bathroom is nice. We did have to ask for more towels for our room that had more than 2 staying in it but the front desk was very helpful- and the towels are awesome. Not your usual tiny hard hotel towels- large and you can tell they use fabric softener! The location is so close to Times Square, Macy's, subway, and Bryant Park. Also many local restaurants right out the door. And the door men... literally ready to open the door for you right away. Would absolutely stay here on my next NYC visit!

loved staying here for my school trip! my roommate and i lost our keycard into a room, and the staff was so kind to replace it at 1 am! the rooms were always restocked and deep cleaned every time we were gone, and the rooftop views were beautiful. also, perfect hotel because you’re in close proximity (about up to an hour walk) from all the main attractions new york has to offer, for a decent price per night. absolutely loved it here! and the complimentary cookies were delicious!!!!

I love my stay, and the staff are friendly. I was a bit lucky my room was ready when I arrived. Always ask. You never know. Patrick is the 🌟 He is a popular one in reviews in a good way. The housekeeping staff on the lift. His energy and good vibes make us smile. The Bed is incredibly comfortable, and I try to copy it so that I have the same feeling on that comfy bed in my home. I know the room size is small, but we're being comfortable. The rooftop is a must to check the vibes, and the lovely lights are gorgeous. The heater is a big plus for me, too. It's near everything. That's all my experience, and if you disagree, it's not my problem.

Great location, just a short walk to Macy's and subway. Ability to check bags before and after check in made this trip stress-free. They had allergy safe cookies at check in which made my kids feel great, clean and quiet room. Friendly service. Would recommend and visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
