Clean and tidy. Good level of English spoken. Restaurant is good and big choice at breakfast. one bad point: one tiny coffee machine for a restaurant with potentially 200 guests. the coffee machine is more of a private household machine and not for heavy use.

If you're there in the summer they basically won't allow the use of AC in the rooms. You can ask and they'll turn it on for a few hrs then they'll shut it off on you and you'll be hot and sweaty, often times waking you up in the middle of the night. I know it's probably more of an American thing to want to use AC, but i don't like it to be the same temp or hotter inside my room as it is outside my room especially when it's 90+ deg F and 80%+ humidity outside. I always attributed this to the fact that they simply don't want to run the compressors for energy reasons. Everyone has separate room hvac controls so it's not like if I cool my room other rooms will be cooled as well. The breakfast is not too bad and the beer society is ok, it would be nice if the staff in there were trained on how to bartend but you can usually get by. There is a decent amount of English spoken by the staff as another commenter said so it's not too hard to get whatever else you may need. It's close to Beilun so you can get a cab to the larger neighbor city easily. It's about 80rmb each way which isn't too bad. Overall I'd say the accomodations are not bad but I think with a little effort they could be much better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
