The resort has everything you need for a great family. The restaurant for all Inclusive does have everything and a wide selection. We chose not to upgrade to ultra all inclusive as we were only here for 5 days. But if we stayed longer we would have. The pool area has lots of space and sunbeds. The animation team were fantastic, option on throughout the day are great as is the evening entertainment and kids club for our 5 year old. Sonic in the team is fantastic and really engaging with both adults and kids. My little one was very taken with him and he made her feel very comfortable even when she is shy.

A fantastic hotel with great staff! The rooms are clean and serviced daily to such a high standard. Sue and Ahmed from the entertainment team were fabulous and so friendly! They made our holiday. The waiting staff in all the restaurants are amazing and so helpful. I couldn’t fault anything about the hotel.

I will start from the most impressive part — the hotel has a huge territory. Really huge. So there are several buildings with the rooms. We were staying at the main building where reception is located, and had a room facing the pool and the sea. Actually we wanted the room facing the road, which probably would be less noisy with the late night music, but there were no available options at that time. The room itself was big enough, king size bed and sofa-bed, which makes sufficient sleeping places for the family. There are enough shelves, there’s a table if you want to have a snack or maybe to work with your laptop or so. The bathroom is also quite good. The design of common areas and rooms is beautiful, though in the room some details already need additional care. The territory gives you many opportunities to rest and entertain yourself. There’s a small waterpark for kids, swimming pool for the little ones, swimming pool for everyone and swimming pool for 16+, as well as there’s also 16+ dining area, which is quite convenient. There is kids club, dancing and some other activities for adults, which I didn’t fully explore due to the inborn laziness. Anyway, it’s arranged nicely and conveniently. Except for changing rooms, no one could explain me where they are, though they must be somewhere, so you will have to use toilet or your own room to change. Breakfast was good, wide selection of food, everything tasty and nice. But the hotel was overcrowded. That could be explained by the event which took place and because of which we actually came to the hotel as well. The point is not the people, the point is the service. To have your phone call responded by reception took around 10 minutes waiting. The requests were not understood or not done as requested. In the restaurants the personnel was also a bit lost in understanding, we had to repeat requests many times and hope that it would be done as requested. So that caused a bit of frustration. Also the music by the pool was a bit weird as for my taste. These are the small details, but we know that they can be very powerful in making impression. I’m not a naughty customer, but this stay wasn’t the best due to all those factors, unfortunately, can’t put the highest rating. Though I have high hopes that something will be improved, the stuff gets better training and customers will become happier.

I and my family spent 4 nights at the hotel in the beach access suites. the location and facility are great no doubt, housekeeping was good. I had planned for my family to have a great NYE experience but we didn’t as it was cut short by very poor hotel services. A few points to note; 1. At Check-in we were made to wait until 4.30pm sitting in the lobby after a long drive to the hotel even after completing the online check-in hours before arriving the hotel yet my room tv and room entertainment was shut off at 11.30am on the day of check out forcing me to checkout before noon. 2. Customer service was a total 0% on New Year’s Eve, my kids slept hungry as the room service would not answer the phones as they were attending to only gala night guests as I was told in the morning. We managed to place our order online at about 9pm but didn’t get anything until after midnight. What If there was an emergency and I needed assistance? Going forward I think it is better to make gala attendance compulsory so you don’t put the lives of the other guest at risk during your events. 3. When I called to make a complain that night I was put on hold without notice. 4. On checkout I was made to join a queue just to return my keys and have my room checked. This could have been done easily over the phone. But I was told rudely to visit the front desk even when I had no reason to. Overall, contrary to all the good remarks I see here, I had a sickening experience at this hotel.
