Generally speaking, the hotel is nice. People working in this hotel is the biggest asset they have. Service is amazing, front desk, room service etc. In the restaurant, you will find the best professionals, very neat people, very helpful, always looking forward to make your stay very pleasant. And always they have a smile for you. And if you are a few days, they always remember your preferences, your choices. In the human side I would give them 100% score. Congratulations and thank you to all of you.

the room lighting was horrible, bathroom had bad smell and I experienced water supply shortage. Car parking entrance needs reinnovative to avoid/minimize car scratching. No kids club although they confirmed via phone call they have one! — to reply on hotel feedback——- this is the same feedback shared during my stay!! I showed the team the number I dialed and you can refer back to the recorded calls to ensure about the feedback transparency. for you information, I have already shared this feedback by email and the feedback I got “ sorry and this will not happen again!”

Amazing hotels with great locations and amazing staff specially Mr. Amro Moftah one of greatest staff with big smile and we received fruits and sweet plate The suite was nice and big at the ground floor Staff at breakfast area was so nice and food was big and amazing selections We did not face any problems at the hotel

this is my first time ever to write a review about anything! but seriously everything in this hotel pushed me to post this. I would have given it 0 starts if that was an option. I had to change multiple rooms due to funny smell, cleanliness, no drainage, ac problems, safe box. unfortunately non of the rooms ticked those simple standard boxes. serious hygiene problems in the kittle in the rooms. safe box issues that was solved in my tenth night! poor follow-up and poor customer service. i have asked multiple times to talk to a manager not a single response! This hotel is negatively affecting the brand name .

To be honest, i would advise any individual or company to never stay here. The hotel service and rooms are a disgrace. Most rooms have a bad smell. First day of check in, i was given a room with a very bad smell, it took them a full day to change rooms for me. The new room i got, the ac was initially not working, the hot water is not working and the toilet broke a couple of times. I was then transferred to a 3rd room with a bad smell and filthy chairs. Please note all room edges are filthy and never cleaned .If you put do not disturb, they still come in to clean ur room, and if you put clean my room they forget to change sheets. With all honesty, this hotel is nothing close to comfort, and the worst service i have seen. Would not advise anyone. Closets are also dirty. If you request a manager the staff will lie to you and say he is not here while he is. i can go on and on, long story short, please avoid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
