        This hotel looks nice and meets the minimum requirements of a Hilton however, it is run down and as you stay, you realize it is kept up more like a best western. Many examples, there was a mold smell in the hotel restaurant. Bleach smell everywhere else in the lobby. The Sea Glass restaurant has pictures online of seafood, scallops as an example but doesn’t serve seafood. The menu is not just small, it’s not good food. High price, not as good as Denny’s. Breakfast is over 20 bucks a person but you get better breakfast at Hampton inn. Bathroom paint job off trim and on tile. Bath tub has no drain plug, soap falling off wall. Stews coming off out of the drywall and there was drywall dust on the bath sink when I arrived. One tissue in the box on night one. A dirty towel in the room on the counter upon check in. Broken closet door, power outlets that don’t work, power strips stretching across and behind pieces of furniture. Tips on the carpet. Towel holder falling off wall. On the upside, beds seem clean, comfortable, staff is pleasant. TV works, close to freeway and oversized parking on back. There is a Hilton down the road I’ve had much better luck at and a double tree a few miles away in much better shape.

        Stayed here one night with my family because we were all so exhausted from traveling all day and I did not have the energy to drive. The pictures online were very deceiving. I expected more from this hotel. The rooms were extremely outdated. The bathroom door did not close properly. The bathroom sink did not drain. There was no free complimentary breakfast. They overcharge on parking. I was just grossed out from this hotel. I am not sorry because they need to do better especially with cleanliness and I am not a fan.

        I’ve been meaning to write a review about this hotel since last June but I didn’t have time to do it so here it is. Me and my boyfriend drove all the way back from the bay to SD for the first time so we we’re really both exhausted. One of the managers on duty checked us in. We got there around 10am and she did not charge it for early check in fee (because most hotels do). We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. She even got us upgraded to a suite and gave us a free bottle of wine. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was not only comfortable and well-maintained but also offered breathtaking views. Our overall experience at this hotel was absolutely outstanding, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

        It’s a decent hotel with a little area outside by the pool (small) but the fire area is nice and the hot tub . Scenery is beautiful. Parking garage is a basic garage . Rooms are decent , nothing fancy or too crazy but it’s safe . Kinda smells a little but not bad . There is a safe in the room and a small refrigerator. Iron and small coffee maker . Definitely not a bad hotel .

        Initial reservation was for a king room and ended up in a king room with a weird shower and no tub like for wheelchairs. At first I thought I could make it work but then there was such low water pressure from the shower it became unpleasant. The other showerhead didn’t even work so if someone was in a wheelchair they would be unable to use shower, very disappointing. The mini fridge wasn’t cooling. Called the front desk early morning to complain and all I was told was sorry. Next time I’ll continue staying at the Sheraton
