We stayed for one night and encountered an issue with our room during check-in. However, they promptly upgraded us to a suite. Sharlini was incredibly helpful and professional; the customer service was top-notch. Having stayed at numerous hotels before, I can confidently say that the front desk service here was exceptional. Amber was also there to assist us; she remained calm and composed. The bellboys were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the general manager reached out and was very friendly. I have no complaints regarding the service received. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel by itself is quite nice. Its clean and well designed. The lobby area is very pleasant with a good view of the ocean. The beach is across the road but it is not the kind of beach you can spend much time on as it's not that clean. It's mostly big rocks in the water. There is a small beach side restaurant and bar owned by some local family. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The maintenance staff is efficient and hard working and polite. The breakfast if it is included in your booking package is quite extensive and nice. The hotel has a small pool which is usually full of kids. Actually this hotel is very kids friendly and many families with children stay here. So be prepared for children running around every where. Would I stay in this hotel? Yes probably I would because the location is good and not too far from Batu Ferringhi market area and other good beaches. If you use Grab taxi service then you will have no problem going around the Penang island while staying at this hotel.

Great staff, extremely helpful, polite and attentive. Everyone was just so nice. Good swimming pool, the beach is not that nice (like all other beaches in Malaysia) but it was nice for a morning walk. Breakfast was great. They provide some nice perks for diamond members. I would definitely stay here again despite the distance to George Town- but not a problem with Grab

Rooms were well kept. But the rain shower was dripping cold water so if u shower with warm water from the hand held shower head you better enjoy getting a cold drip on your back and REALLY wake u up...not a nice feeling. Room aside the front office staff doesn't know what the website is doing. Kept us waiting on a Thursday afternoon till 4pm and still no rooms ready on the same floor(we booked 3 rooms) so we settled on 3 rooms on 3 different floors. It's the 1st and the last stay at this place for me. TV channels were pixilated and and jerky.. attached video of the screen.

We had a wonderful time and the staff here made our visit to Penang all the more enjoyable. Comfortable rooms and bedding combined with the peaceful nature of the location along Batu Ferringhi coast make it a perfect getaway. The lounge and breakfast staff were so hospitable and always helpful, same with housekeeping. A special thanks to Ms Shirley for her hospitality and giving us a run down of what to do and where to go. Unfortunately the pedestrian bridge to the bus stop and beach was out of service so guests must cross a busy road with no zebra crossing or safety guard, however the public bus 101 runs frequently and is quite reliable, plus the arrival time on Google maps is accurate so getting into town is a breeze. Ultimately what makes this hotel worth the visit is the peaceful environment and the locely staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
